Bathrooms need to be improved. The only issue there is that you have to clean the water on the floor after you take a bath.

they not accept pay by cards (ex. Visa or Mastercard), at the reception is nobody you have to phone and wait certainly it is a good hotel but not three stars hotel of 9.5, actualy 8.0 is fair

Location was perfect (right in the centre) and Melina a lovely host. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Superb choice of places to eat and drink close by with a special mention to the Beer Bar which is located just around the corner from Gourmet.

Friendly welcome, convenient parking, loved our cozy room. Nice updated bathroom. The restaurant downstairs was fabulous. Would recommend.

A truly unique place in Gabrovo, well worth choosing.

This guest house and the double-size bed room is a great choice for a single traveller. The room offers all basic facilities, and great quality of furniture - which makes is quite unique. Also an electrical heater is available for people who like it warm and cosy. The rooms are upstairs from a great restaurant (make sure you book your dinner - they do run out of tables for the evening). Private parking space was an excellent addition and made my trip much easier logistically. Some people speak English and there is good contact with the staff via your (smart)phone.

The only thing I really did not like was the hose for the shower head in the bathroom - it should be longer, an extra 0.5m would do. The other thing will not apply for most travellers, but I like to prepare and eat a sandwich in my room but found it difficult here (the room facilities support preparing hot & cold drinks though).
