Staff was extremely rude! I was shouted at by the receptionist for using the bathroom in the lobby instead of the one in my room. She claimed that it is only for the staff, while it was not stated anywhere that this is the case. When I asked if I am not allowed to use the bathroom of the lobby as a hotel guest she said that I am a guest if the hotel and not of the lobby! Afterwards I wanted to talk to the manager, she declined to call him, also she declined telling her own name. Hotel itself is old, outdated and not pleasant.

Miły i pomocny Personel, bezpłatny parking.

Dostaliśmy okropny pokój. W drugiej części budynku chyba były lepsze. Brudno. Pokuj rodem z komunizmu, nie remontowany ze 30 lat. W łazience wszędzie grzyb. Na ścianach, a nawet na suficie. W pokoju stare meble, ściany podziurawione jak by jakaś strzelanina była w pokoju. W plafonie żyrandola sterta zdechłych owadów. W pokoju lodówka, którą trzeba podłączyć do przerobionego przedłużacza z przed pokoju. Jakieś na tynkowe gniazdo, na kablu podtynkowymi. Strach to dotykać by prąd nie poraził. Czajnika brak. Słabe oświetlenie. Duży taras , na stoliku popielniczka z petami. Nikt tego nie sprząta.

Pas de petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel

Hôtel vieux des années 1970, la chambre était une très grande pièce qu'il fallait chauffer avec une climatisation (il a plût lorsque nous sommes arrivés). Meubles des années70. On voit qu'il y avait eu un rafraîchissement des peintures sauf pour la salle de bain où il y avait des moisissures au plafond. De plus l'hotel n'était pas exactement situé dans la ville de Gabrovo. Même si la réceptionniste était très gentille à éviter si vous cherchez un certain conforme. On va dire que c'était une certaine expérience à vivre.
