Excellent villa, totally worth the visit

This guesthouse is amazing! Our room was spacious, with a terrace, with a big comfy bed and a large bathroom. The whole refurbishment of the house is luxurious, with attention to every detail, from the bed sheets to the curtains to the wine glasses. The breakfast each morning is homemade and very tasty. The court is well-maintained, with roses and a table outside with a view over the city. There are also parking spaces in front of the house. This place is totally recommended!

The lady who I dealt with throughout my 12 night stay was very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. She also cooked a great omlette. The bed was very comfortable.

As it was a nice dark room it would have been good to have a light switch or lamp close to the bed. It would have been better if the sheets were fitted with the elasticated corners as it rucked up a lot during the night. It's quite a walk up the hill to get back especially in the summer heat.

We had an enjoyable 2 day stay once we got settled in

Clean…easy to find…gated for vehicle protection…upscale…the hostess, Manuela, was a true delight and spoke English well

A little too far to walk into town…town has limited parking available…when we got to the place it was a driving rainstorm…had to Skype owners to try and get in, within 15 minutes Manuela the hostess arrived and saved the day

Amazingly clean and comfortable, very nice place with outdoor space, sooo quiet and fresh. They have breakfasts, but needed to be ordered in advance - freshly cooked in the morning

Overpriced, uncomfortably situated with unprofessional service.

The architecture of the villa itself was excellent but it is in an unassuming quarter, far from any working restaurant and we had to walk up and down the hill under the rain to get a dinner. We had to wait for the girl in charge for the keys though I phoned her half an hour before my arrival as I was asked by her.

The price!!! It is a one star hotel in a comparatively small city with no breakfast and I paid more for it than for a room in Vienna next to Stefan dome with breakfast again via booking on March 1st. Definitely the price does not correspond to the standard and prices in Bulgaria. The water in the bathroom was cold, though the girl in charge assured me that the boiler is never switched off. When the owner called, I had to follow his instructions to switch it on and my profession is not a plumber. He gleefully advised us to wait 15 minutes for the water to heat but we have already taken a cold shower. I will never go to the Villa again.

Beautiful house, and a great spacious room. It was pretty clean, and very sound proofed, so we could rest nicely.

A bit overpiced. We had to pay extra for breakfast, and the breakfast options were pretty basic, not a lot of healthy choices, especially for kids.

Exceptional

Very nice room, nicely furnished and with a very comfortable bed. The location is very quiet and in the same time close to the city's center. Staff were not permanently on site but were easily available and very helpful.

The price isn't a little bit high for Bulgaria/Gabrovo. Up to you to decide it it is worth it. Heating was done using an air conditioner with inverter in the room, which made it difficult to heat the bathroom.

Excellent villa for a city get away with a family

The photos match the reality, spacious room with comfortable beds, very clean and the staff was very helpful. Small details like the coffee machine in the room and the list of restaurants show consideration I really admire.

Excellent amenities, very good host

New construction with top of the line design and amenities - from towels and slippers, to pillows, bed & counches, everything is high quality and very comfortable. We are often travelling to Bulgaria and not very often we encountered such quality. Quiet residential area, not far from city center, we really enjoyed our staying here and will definitely come back when we'll be in the area. Very friendly guest lady, we highly appreciated her attitude and kindness.
