The hotel was close to where we needed to be for the night

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It wont cost anything to supply each room with a kettle for early morning coffee.In saying this the lady at reception made the best Capucchino.

- location - friendly and polite staff - clean sheets and bathroom

- still (not first time there), the corridor automatic lights do not cover the hole area and get on when you`re almost at the stairs - you need to ask for the air-conditioner remote and wifi password..

We stayed in a big studio which was very clean. The location is close to city center. We arrived late in the evening after the carnival in Gabrovo and there was a person from the staff who was waiting for us.

Stay away and don't get involved with these people.

The location is in El Chalten.

The first thing you see when you enter the place is printout signs posted in various locations telling you "Payments made through Booking.com cannot be refunded." You will soon understand why. They have already charged your card... in US dollars! They use an intermediary registered in England to handle the payments. There is nothing you can do. If you demand, like I did, to be given an option to pay in Argentinian currency, they will want the black market rate, which is very unusual. No other reputable hotel/accommodation on Booking wanted that. You can easily get a similar room, even in El Chalten, for half the price.

Good place to sleep with not bad location

The room was big enough, actually almost small apartment. Clean,no fancy furniture, air-conditioner. Bathroom was very clean and big. Hotel Location - good to suite my needs, about 15min walk from the city center.

Like it or not,the railway is quite close so be prepared for some noise. My visit was in part of the year when during the day been spring hot and evening autumn cold. So, despite the air-conditioner on the wall no remote control was given. Single sheet and one semi winter blanket in the room.

The place was spotless clean with new furnitures and nice atmosphere. The restaurant is good, and the food is delicious.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. The breakfast was not excellent, but not bad. Overall it was a good value for the money.

The central heating in the room was not working. The first remote control of the air condition was not working. After we managed to start the air contidion it was making a terrible noise making us anable to sleep. No toilet paper in the bathroomI will visit this hotel never again.

Camera este foarte spațioasă și confortabilă. Pat bun, foarte mare. Baia foarte spațioasă.

Baia nu este utilată - nu există cuier, suport pentru săpun/ gel de duș etc. Curățenia...așa și așa.

Много приятен престой, макар и за кратко.

Много харесваме хотела заради локацията му, тъй като посещаваме роднини в непосредствена близост. Чисто е и ни споменаха, че са в процес на преход. Стискаме им палци да стабилизират ситуацията!
