Our stay was short and pleasent.

The room was ok, comfortable with the view at the old village museum.

Because of the eavening wedding event, dinner was not available at the restaurant, only on room service request. Bathroom shower did not have a courtain and we got the bathroom floor wet.

It was a true city break for us.

Staff was really helpful and nice, the location is great - you practically go downstairs and reach the Ethno Village. The food at the restaurant was great. All in all, a really nice trip!

I felt like in a fairy tail because of the view and the surroundings!

Great location with amazing view towards the mountain. The furniture is completely new and gives a fresh atmosphere. It is very clean everywhere. The food in the restaurant is amazing as well as the staff too.

Very poor breakfast. We didn’t receive at the arrival the room with balcony that we had reserved which was disappointing. Afterwards we had to move.

There was no fridge in the room, but they have good restaurant so you don’t need to bring food.

All in all very pleasant and relaxing experience

Very comfortable and clean. Also the location is great, the restaurant is fantastic; food, service and atmosphere. The breakfast approach was was really good, it offered several thoughtfully prepared options accompanied with excellent coffee, quality and variety. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The wet bathroom is a somewhat of a questionable choice although I have to admit in this particular execution it worked

Great place in the village area

New hotel (or renovated), good option if you are planning on visiting the open-air museum, because it is almost a part of it... The balcony watching over the surrounding was wonderful.

Charming and cosy stay

Such a gorgeous hotel nestled in the middle of the Balkan Mountains. The room was clean and warm, as were all the other areas of the hotel. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. The staff had very good English (not that they should have to in a Bulgarian hotel) which made communication very easy. The location of the hotel is stunning and the whole stay was cosy and charming. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and the Ethnographic Village was lovely to wander around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

A place worth staying with a few things that need to be changed

The staff was very polite, the hotel lobby was nice and clean, and the location was amazing. Also, the discounts you get as a hotel customer are a big plus

The parking of the hotel was very small (there is a parking that is not part of the hotel nearby though so it's not that big of a deal), the hotel corridors could use some decoration as they are plain white and it kinda looks like you are in a hospital, rooms although they look clean are a bit dirty. I had mud or something of that sort prints all over the walls of my room, the toilet seat was cleaned but underneath it, it wasn't and when I moved the bed to check if I had forgotten something, I found a half-rotten potato fry. Doors are very thin so you are able to hear a lot more than you would want especially if you are there with young kids.

El desayuno, es muy escaso. No tienen secador de pelo.

Добро съотношение цена-качество за хотел 2 звезди.

Местоположението е много добро. Намира се в непосредствена близост до етнографския музей Етъра. Хотелът е основно ремонтиран. Има малък паркинг пред хотела за 8 автомобила, но може да се паркира безплатно в съседната улица. Стаите са малки, но удобни. Имат малка тераса с масичка и два стола. Чистотата лъха отвсякъде. Има много добра централна климатизация. Хубав телевизор с кабелна и аналогова телевизия. Има асансьор. Закуската е повече от скромна, но достатъчна. Сервира се в малка стая до рецепцията на 3 маси. Има хубава многофункционална машина за кафе.

Стаите нямат мокет. Подът е циментов боядисан като в коридорите. Банята е малка, няма завеса за душа и всичко се мокри. Няма хладилник и сушоар, вероятно за 2 звезди не се полага. Леглата са ниски, трудно се става, но с удобни матраци. Стаята за закуска има само 3 маси. Обслужването става от един човек, който идва периодично да отсервира съдовете и да зарежда храната.
