Great place but in need of update in the rooms

It’s our 3rd time going there and the location, views, staff and the restaurant are amazing!! We always get a balcony with the room .. this time we got just a window which kind of changed the vibe but still great.

I think it’s time for a renovation of the rooms especially the bathrooms it’s very outdated and if they want to have young tourists they need to invest. Eventually the older generation will stop coming and as a younger person I’ve hit my limit on going back there since it’s not as comfortable and pleasant in the room itself. Some fresh paint and new bedroom set and updated bathrooms would really boost this place.

The room is so basic for the price. We could hear the neighbours flushing the toilet, running a tap, snoring. It was dreadful.

The location is great — right at the entrance of the village, easy to find and convenient. The restaurant was solid, and the included breakfast was excellent.

The sound isolation in our room was awful. We could hear every single thing from the neighboring room — coughing, snoring, laughing, even them opening shampoo bottles. The boiler made loud, weird groaning noises every time someone used water, whether it was us or next door. Privacy was non-existent. It felt more like sharing a room with strangers than having our own space. The restaurant was fine, but the overall stay was frustrating.

The location is great, staff is very nice, and the overall atmosphere is is just magic. Surrounded by nature, with the only sounds you hear are the birds from the forest. This is the perfect place to go when you just want to recharge.

The historic village was amazingly charming. The food we ate at the restaurant was some of the best we've had in Bulgaria.

Nice location, rustic views.

The room was cold as the radiator was barely warm to the touch. Breakfast is basic, just French toast, jam and a piece of feta cheese.

The breakfast was very tasty, staff is friendly, there is a parking space 🙂 and the room was clean.

There was no AC in the room - we didn't actually need it as it was a shady room but it could have been nice to have it.
