We had an amazing stay! The spa, the stunning harbour views, and the peaceful location made it so relaxing. We loved having access to the tennis court for a game, and finishing the evening with a beer and wine by the outdoor BBQ was perfect. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous cocoon in an idyllic location

A great unit in a superb location, stylish and very well equipped with exceptional attention to detail; guest comfort has clearly been a high priority.

A minor first world problem - the wifi wasn't quite up to streaming TV, with pixelation, buffering breaks and a couple of lost connections.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely quiet beach location. A clean, modern apartment with amazing sea views, a comfortable bed, kitchenette with provisions and lots of little extras provided. Gracious hosts who were friendly and respectful of privacy.

A home away from home

This is an amazing property to stay in! Leeann is a lovely host and welcomed us on arrival. She showed us how to access the kayaks and bikes that we wanted to use during our stay. She was always quick to reply to messages if we needed any help. There was even a suggestion to head up to road to the tennis court with rackets and balls provided at the apartment. The amenities are well thought out with chairs overlooking the beautiful water and a relaxing hot tub to soak in after a long day outdoors. We really enjoyed that everything you’d need or use at home was available to us which made our stay much more comfortable as we didn’t need to do any thinking, just relaxing. We can’t wait to stay again if we visit Whangārei. Thank you Leeann for being an incredible host 😊

Arguably the best motel/ apartment i have stayed in ever!! Immaculate and tastefully thought out right down to the details of contents of drawers . Fantastic views, lovely decor, quality furnishings , tranquil surroundings and incredibly good communication by both owners . If i could have scored an “ 11 eleven “ lol i would have .

Beautiful location Great communication from Leeanne We arrived late in the evening, was raining. Leeanne had left heaters, lights on. Extra mat at the door for wet shoes. The door unlocked, so I didn't have to mess around with a lock box.

Best place to relax and unwind

Having to go to whangarei for someone in hospice looking for a place to stay and unwind was very wanted. The host was absolutely fantastic with telling us about the location and also offering us another night if it we would need it. The bathroom is exceptional and so is the bedding we could come and go as we pleased which was very handy with needing to be at the hospice to early hours or to be there early 100/100 would stay again.
