Very spacious and lots of little extras like breakfast and fruit.

The only negative comment is noisy bathroom fan which works on motion sense so no way to go quietly to toilet at night.

It was very cozy The bed was very comfortable The owner was very friendly and helpful The flat was well equipped. More provisions than usual. There was everything one needs to feel comfortable. Good for 2 Couples.

Enjoyable stay in a quaint clean and cozy apartment

Helpful friendly hosts. Little thoughtful provisions including breakfast food (toast, cereal, spreads). Shampoo and body was available. Clean and cozy. Ideal for a group as two bedrooms and one single bed in lounge.

The road access is tricky but to combat this very helpful directions are given so noting to worry about but not in safe walking area as on bypass.

Beautiful place under the home of the owner. I really liked the set up with the salt lamp and the furnishings. Felt very cosy.

There is no kitchen so dishes needed to be done in the wash house. Minor inconvenience. Pillows were very sore for my neck

The bedroom was nice and cozy. Very spacious, good view outside, and were very generous with condiments and such including bread, milk, coffee and sugar.

Home away from home.

Shirley welcomed us on arrival. The place was roomy and Cosy. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of selection for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. It is just 5 mins from the center of town and restaurants and cafes. Whangarei has great walks to do and plenty of natural bush walks. I will stay again if in Whangarei.
