L’emplacement est excellent au dessus de la promenade de la plage de Valencia. La clim est une vraie climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. L’appartement est très propre et l’équipement est bon, (pour les amateurs de café, la petite cafetière italienne est juste, mais il y a les bars juste à côté…). Tout est très bien organisé pour l’arrivée par le propriétaire, fort sympathique . Pour ceux qui disent que c’est bruyant : oui si les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais sinon l’appartement est très bien isolé avec une double fenêtre à la chambre qui donne à l’intérieur de l’immeuble et la véranda avec volet côté plage, donc aucune gêne. Tramway proche pour le centre-ville de Valencia, pensez à vérifier les horaires le soir, ils changent mais les taxis sont très abordables.
