It was possibly the worst room I’ve rented in the 14 countries I’ve visited and I’ve stayed on Military bases.

The bed was comfortable and the location felt secure to enter (Code on the front door and on the room door).

There is black mold in the washroom and scum on the shower head. The water doesn’t get anymore warmer than a glass of water left out. There was no heat for the room

Very bad hotel. My friends from Germany booked a one-day stay at the hotel, but it was a nightmare experience for them. My friends left the hotel an hour after receiving the key. The hotel owners refused to return the money and the photos do not match the real specifications. It is a real disappointment.

The dirtiest Place i've ever seen

The apartament was very dirty and small. It was located in a dangereous zone. The neighbours were constantly making noise and smoking. The bed clothes and towels were dirty and with bugs. A lot of smell of smoke inside and outside the building. The main entrance was full of urine and garbage. The walls were full of mold and behind the bed was even a package of condoms. The photos published on booking website doesn't match with reality.

Door to appartement wouldn’t lock from the inside, electrical sockets dangerous, water heater had bottle as overflow collector, poorly finished/incomplete works, shared hallway in poor state of repair. Chose not to stay for personal and fire safety reasons. Weren’t given a refund

Everything was great, good location near to the trainstation. Comfortable flat for three night stay.

The most terrible experience of a hotel I had

The check-in process was easy and I liked it.

Some of the walls were rotten due to moisture and the smell was damp. The carpet on the floor was too dirty. The corridor was so dilapidated that it looked as if the building was collapsing. It was too small that the only place we had to sit was the bed. Some of the basic necessary equipments were not there like a mirror, dish washing liquid, slippers on that dirty surface, even a hanger for toilet paper! And at the end they told we can not leave our luggage in the hotel's office to pick them up later, because the hotel doesn't have any office or reception!

Nice and comfortable for a short visit

The flat itself is warm and clean. It had a boilder, a microwave and a fridge ..also a small stove to cook. The bed is big and comfortable, and collecting the keys was very easy

The location was not in the best of neighborhoods, and it was about 15-20 minutes walking to the center. But we took Ubers for 11 euros to and from the center and they took 5 minutes to be there. There is also tram but we didnt have time to find out about it

The shower is horrible, few drops of hot water (sometimes cold). The neighborhood really makes me feel unsafe... I don’t know, my experience in Brussels was not good, my gf wallet was stolen.

Quite close to the historical center (about 2 km). Pretty clean room, towels, linen. A refrigerator, shower, microwave, Wi-Fi.

There is no hot water in the washbasin tap. No TV. Dirt under the sink, hole under the sink on the street.

Não procurávamos nada exemplar, apenas um local descente para dormir no final do dia e tomar um bom banho, visto que passamos os dias passeando pela cidade. Ao chegarmos no quarto já nos deparamos com diversos locais extremamente mofados e o cheiro era terrível. Para a nossa surpresa, ao entrarmos no banheiro, o chuveiro não tinha suporte, no primeiro dia, tivemos que tomar banho segurando ele. Ao questionar o anfitrião, ele reclamou dos hóspedes anteriores, disse que eu sabia como tomar banho e que eu não estava em um hotel 5 estrelas!! PASMEM! De uma arrogância absurda! Entendo eu, que ao liberar um quarto para o próximo hóspede deve haver uma inspeção… enfim… No dia seguinte, NÃO TÍNHAMOS AGUA QUENTE PARA O BANHO! um frio absurdo e sem àgua quente! Mas ao contatá-los, chegaram em 40 minutos, mas já era muito tarde e tomamos banho de caneca… kkkkk Só voltou a esquentar no dia seguinte! Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém!!! As avaliações negativas são reais!

Je n'ai jamais vu un niveau aussi excellent de médiocrité dans un appartement de passage pour un tel prix, je serais même prêt à dire que c'est de l'arnaque. La photo sur Booking ne correspond pas à la réalité Le tapis très sale, la chambre sentait du cannabis Pas d'espace lavabo dans les toilettes, ni accessoires minimal de toilette comme un savon, Eau chaude uniquement la première nuit, le lendemain rien, obligé de se laver avec l'eau glacée

A ÉVITER !!!

Je suis restée 5 minutes dans l'appartement. J'ai pris des photos et vu que c'était salle et la porte d'entrée de l'appartement ne se fermait pas bien, le ménage n'a pas été fait depuis très longtemps, la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, les escaliers et l'immeuble sont à deux doigts de s'effondrer. Le quartier est dangereux en journée. Malgré tous celà j'ai bien envoyé un message à la propriétaire pour lui demander si je pouvais avoir une autre chambre qui est propre et avec une fermeture sécurisée de la porte d'entrée de la chambre ? Elle m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucun problème avec mon logement et quelle ne pouvait rien faire pour.

Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas satisfaisant. Pour 400 €, je m’attendais à un logement bien mieux entretenu. Les murs présentaient de l’humidité, les draps n’étaient pas complètement propres, et la petite terrasse était sale, avec des mégots de cigarette, comme si elle n’avait pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps. Lorsque j’ai partagé mon ressenti avec l’hôte, sa réponse a été assez désinvolte : « Tu n’es pas dans un hôtel 5 étoiles. » De plus, l’appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos qu’il ne l’est réellement. Il n’y a pas de télévision, et le quartier ne semble pas très sûr. Globalement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je ne recommanderais pas ce logement. Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité.
