Terrible - Do not book this aparthotel - they are unresponsive to your needs. I have never experienced anything like thi

It was so cold that we had to wear our winter coats and clothes and still weren’t comfortable. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT - THE CONDITIONS WERE INHUMANE. IT WAS SHOCKING. THEY WERE UNRESPONSIVE TO THE LACK OF HEAT.

The heating was not working adequately. We contacted the property and were told that it was working and if we turned up the heat that there was nothing more they could do because they were experiencing colder than normal temperatures. We arrived later than planned and it was so cold in the apartment that we checked to see if the windows been left open. I turned up the heat but we had to stay and sleep in our winter coats and clothes it was so cold - it was 28 or -2 outside. The next day I had to buy an electric heater and we had it running all day and all night on Saturday and it still wasn’t comfortable by Sunday morning when we’re were supposed to check out. I was told by friends in Brussels that we should call the police because the situation was so severe.

The place uses altered photos and they have rats. The hosts are also dreanged and plain rude.

It was possibly the worst room I’ve rented in the 14 countries I’ve visited and I’ve stayed on Military bases.

The bed was comfortable and the location felt secure to enter (Code on the front door and on the room door).

There is black mold in the washroom and scum on the shower head. The water doesn’t get anymore warmer than a glass of water left out. There was no heat for the room

Very bad hotel. My friends from Germany booked a one-day stay at the hotel, but it was a nightmare experience for them. My friends left the hotel an hour after receiving the key. The hotel owners refused to return the money and the photos do not match the real specifications. It is a real disappointment.

The dirtiest Place i've ever seen

The apartament was very dirty and small. It was located in a dangereous zone. The neighbours were constantly making noise and smoking. The bed clothes and towels were dirty and with bugs. A lot of smell of smoke inside and outside the building. The main entrance was full of urine and garbage. The walls were full of mold and behind the bed was even a package of condoms. The photos published on booking website doesn't match with reality.

Door to appartement wouldn’t lock from the inside, electrical sockets dangerous, water heater had bottle as overflow collector, poorly finished/incomplete works, shared hallway in poor state of repair. Chose not to stay for personal and fire safety reasons. Weren’t given a refund

NO PARKING!!! The staff said I can easily park in the surrounding streets. I drove for 2 hours to find a park!!! The staff admitted it is even hard for then to find a park.

The background of the room is very dirty, it too hard to refresh the room ventilation. Bad smell come to inside, if you tried to open it. Under the bed was fully with a fungus and the bed was broken

Everything was great, good location near to the trainstation. Comfortable flat for three night stay.

Only thing we missed was kitchen knife which would be useful addition to prepare our own food.

This location has very noisy weekend nights. We’ve heard things such as all night party and a loud yelling at 3am followed by s3x moaning at 4am. The night from wednesday to thursday was ok tho.

The most terrible experience of a hotel I had

The check-in process was easy and I liked it.

Some of the walls were rotten due to moisture and the smell was damp. The carpet on the floor was too dirty. The corridor was so dilapidated that it looked as if the building was collapsing. It was too small that the only place we had to sit was the bed. Some of the basic necessary equipments were not there like a mirror, dish washing liquid, slippers on that dirty surface, even a hanger for toilet paper! And at the end they told we can not leave our luggage in the hotel's office to pick them up later, because the hotel doesn't have any office or reception!

Nice and comfortable for a short visit

The flat itself is warm and clean. It had a boilder, a microwave and a fridge ..also a small stove to cook. The bed is big and comfortable, and collecting the keys was very easy

The location was not in the best of neighborhoods, and it was about 15-20 minutes walking to the center. But we took Ubers for 11 euros to and from the center and they took 5 minutes to be there. There is also tram but we didnt have time to find out about it

The shower is horrible, few drops of hot water (sometimes cold). The neighborhood really makes me feel unsafe... I don’t know, my experience in Brussels was not good, my gf wallet was stolen.

Quite close to the historical center (about 2 km). Pretty clean room, towels, linen. A refrigerator, shower, microwave, Wi-Fi.

There is no hot water in the washbasin tap. No TV. Dirt under the sink, hole under the sink on the street.

Chauffage non fonctionnel, draps déchiré, sonorité du plancher (on cru passer à travers). Cache de prise manquant, peu conforme aux photos. Poubelle cassé. A plus de 70€ par nuit c'est une honte.
