It was okay but not good for me.
The owner tried to do the better thing. He asked someone help me about the big suitcase to the room. And he asked the plumber to solve the water system. Two days before I checked out that was okay. He was so kind for me about the checking out time too.
I knew about the room on the 10 floor by the lift. That was okay for me but on the day I traveled the owner told me I would climb the stairs one more floor that was so bad for me because I was an old lady and I stayed alone. And one thing that was the water at the shower didn’t run some days and some days the water was so cold. I wasn’t happy when I took a shower. The towels and the sheets were quite old.

Below basic; grim; a potential fire death-trap

The picture illustrating this property in NOT of this studio. Sold as a 'luxurious apartment' it lacks basic facilities: no wardrobe or cupboards or shelves to put your clothes, nowhere to hang wet clothes, nowhere to sit in comfort (only one swivel chair), no bedside cabinet or shelf, no light-switch within reach of the bed, no TV, no internet, no kettle, no coffee mugs, no toaster or grill, no information folder about the flat or instructions for using the equipment, no emergency contact details provided. There are no pictures on the walls or ornaments or soft furnishing or soft lighting to make the place look appealing. There is no balcony: the windows have no safety catches but open onto a flat roof with no safety railing. The kitchen cupboards were full of opened food ingredients and jars (the owner's?). The crockery was a collection of odds and ends with only two dinner plates and one teacup. The drawer under the bed was stuffed with what looked like dirty bedding. Two guests independently over our two night stay failed to get the shower to deliver more than a trickle of at best lukewarm water (but an adequate flow of cold). The mixer valve is clearly defective. Only one large and one small towel supplied for two people. Bed-linen was probably clean but un-ironed. The studio is located on the eleventh floor of a block that looks like 1960s 'social housing'. The lifts go only up to the 10th floor. The only access up to the studio is via a spiral staircase from the 10th floor. Some guests may find it impossible to carry their luggage up these steps. It is extremely hazardous. The most damning feature of this accommodation is the appalling lack of fire-safety features. There is no fire-escape signage, no way out except the spiral staircase (door unmarked), no external fire escape from the roof, no sign of fire alarms, alarm activation points or smoke detectors inside or outside the studio.

En nuestro caso, no había llaves del portal del edificio, por lo que teníamos que esperar hasta que saliese o entrase un vecino para acceder. El anfitrión no dio ninguna solución.
La ducha salía muy poca agua. No había armarios para guardar la ropa, ni mesitas de noche en la cama ni interruptores de luz cercanos, solo uno junto a la entrada.
El piso esta en la planta 11, pero solo hay ascensor hasta la 10, por lo que tienes que subir escaleras
