Very good value for the money, with all the facilities you'd need, relatively near to the center

The appartment was very well equiped (the kitchen stuff) and clean, the beds were very compfortable. It was on the first floor and the owner lives on the ground floor. He was extremely accommodating and helped us when we needed extra blankets. The location is quite good - 6 stations with tram 82 to Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel Zuid. And there is a Proxy supermarket nearby for everything you need!

The view from the apartment was nothing special - which was not a problem for us, because we did not stay in it for a long time during the day. That would be really the only complain we had about it!

Great location, great host

Great location. The area is very quiet at night. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with a modern interior style.

The bathroom door had a small gap but other than that no major issues.

Boa opção fora do centro e próxima parada de ônibus

Comunicação sempre ágil, tudo muito limpo e confortável. Toalhas ótimas, cama e sofá ótimos. Bom espaço nos ambientes e fácil check in com as chaves na safe box. Cafe cortesia. Garagem super perto por $10 euros uma diária.

Banheiro e bem pequeno, difícil usar privada por causa da pia. Chuveiro molha tudo para fora (não tem o que fazer) e ralo entupido acumula água na parte de dentro. Localização afastada do centro, apesar de ser perto de uma parada de ônibus.

L'appartement est très bien situé, l'hôte est facilement joignable en cas de besoin et il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme équipement!

Appartement refait, propre. Pièces spacieuses. Arrêt bus très proche (5mn a pied) pour se rendre an centre ville. La communication avec l hote est nickel.

Partie salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais finition lavabo approximative et écoulement douche à ameliorer.

Fazit: Für mich war es leider der letzte Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft.

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr gemischt – es gab einige positive, leider aber überwiegend negative Eindrücke. Positiv: * Der Gastgeber Jamal antwortete schnell und war anfangs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. * Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. * Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe.

Negativ: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Wohnung: * Schimmel in der Dusche an der Decke und in den Fugen sowie hinter der Heizung direkt neben dem Bett * Deutlich sichtbarer Schmutz: fettige Dunstabzugshaube, verdreckte Töpfe und Schwämme, Spinnweben im Wohnzimmer * Küchenmöbel innen nicht sauber, Sitzpolster der Esszimmerstühle mit Flecken (vermutlich Wandfarbe), einer davon hatte unter dem daraufgelegten Sitzpolster ein x-förmig aufgeschnittenes Sitzpolster * Zwei Handtücher mit Flecken, Kopfkissenbezüge ebenfalls, konnte ich ebenfalls nicht nutzen, was sehr unpraktisch war * Wackeliger Stuhl im Esszimmer, rostige Ablage im Bad, lose Türgriffe im Schlafzimmer und der Küche Aufgrund der hygienischen Mängel konnte ich die Küche leider kaum nutzen, was schade war. Viele der genannten Punkte wären mit etwas Pflege leicht zu beheben. Beim Check-out habe ich den Gastgeber zufällig nochmal gesehen und auf die Mängel angesprochen – leider wurde mir dabei sehr deutlich nahegelegt, dies nicht in einer Bewertung zu erwähnen...Mit einem sehr unwohlen Gefühl und einem enttäuschenden Eindruck bin ich abgereist. Mit etwas Pflege und ohne Schimmel könnte das eine echt nette Wohnung sein.

La casa è pulita, ha tutti gli accessori, finestre con vetri doppi, letti comodi. Il parcheggio sotto casa si paga ma a 10 euro al giorno c'è un garage comodo vicino casa. Per arrivare in centro 20 minuti. C'è un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi fornitissimo.

Il bagno un po piccolo ma x le vacanze va bene.

Mieux équipé ce serait parfait

La proximité des transports en commun et des commerces. La possibilité de louer une place de parking (10€ par nuit). La disponibilité du propriétaire.

La salle de bain et toilettes très exiguës avec une porte qui ne ferme pas correctement. C’est tellement petit que l’on doit finir de se préparer dans le séjour. La douche est toute petite avec un rideau en plastique qui colle au corps. C’est très désagréable. La cuisine est très mal équipée. Tout est au minimum. Il y a beaucoup de placards vides. On peut demander de la vaisselle à Jamal, mais ce serait plus simple d’équiper correctement l’appartement.
