I paid too much to stay in a room with cold and not so comfortable facilities and the noise coming from the pub downstai

It was clean.

Couldn’t check in until 6 pm. The bathroom was extremely small, separate from the room. The room was cold. There is a pub downstairs that plays very loud music until late and people that goes there are very loud too.

Very good

Breakfast was great on the cafe just under, very pleasant room and bathroom with everything U need, location was just perfect and the girls on the bar who helped with check-in and everything after were very kind and nice.

Lets be honest, not the quietest place to stay because of the bar under, good we were tired so we fell asleep when music started to end. Still i recommend.

Superb

the location is just perfect: by day you can see the Etruscan Arch, which is the entrance in the marvelous old city and by night it gets busy, people come and have drinks in the caffe/pub downstairs.

The only downside was having to cross the hall to get to our private bathroom, so it wasn't such a big problem since it was only used by us

The location is great with view to the Arco Etrusco and 5 minutes by foot from the main square of the historical center, the apartment was very clean and the bathroom as well even though it is not private for the room. I saw a lot of comments complaining about the noise of the bar downstairs but honestly it’s just from people who like to complain because from the bedroom we didn’t hear anything.

The owner wasn’t there at the moment of our arrival even though I informed the time with couple of days in advance. We had to wait at the bar downstairs which belongs to the same owner about 45 minutes until he came back. It was nice that we had coffee and croissants and in the end they didn’t charge us due to the long wait but come on, you can not just leave your guests waiting like this. It was raining, we were wet and tired from traveling so we were looking forward to get into our room.

Il Bar di loro proprietà per ben due sere hanno infastidito fino alle una di notte. Le porte delle camere vibravano. Se loro vogliono affittare solo a giovani che sbevazzano e disturbano il sonno, che lo evidenziano nell’offerta del presunto BeB.

Quando nelle recensioni ho letto che si ci lamentava del bar sotto il b&b non credevo di trovare una situazione del genere. Musica a tutto volume fino alle 3.30 di notte, tremavano letteralmente le pareti. Quando il problema non era la musica era tutto il resto..è come se non ci fossero di pareti, si sentivano gli sgabelli strisciare tutto il giorno, la porta cigolare. Il posto è comodo si, ma per nulla rilassante..meno male che i letti sono super comodi e a fine giornata nonostante il casino si riusciva ugualmente a dormire. Bagno davvero al limite del vivibile.

IL La premiere chambre au dessus du bar etait extrement bruyante. Il faudrait une boulloire ou une cafettiere pour se faire une tisane ou un cafe et un micro onde .

Posizione perfetta: proprio davanti all'Università per Stranieri e a pochi metri dal centro storico.

Può essere un po' difficile ingorare il volume e il rimbombo della musica del locale sul lato strada, soprattutto se si ha il sonno leggero.

Fajne mieszkanie nad kafejką

Super lokalizacja, widok z okien na Arco Etrusco, pieszy dystans do historycznego centrum miasta, mieszkanie czyste, łóżka wygodne, akurat byliśmy sami w mieszkaniu, bo poza sezonem i nie musieliśmy z nikim dzielić się łazienkami

Parking niedostępny pod budynkiem, odległość od parkingu publicznego niewielka ale dla osoby niepełnosprawnej to może być problem.
