Very close to the train station and public transport. Supermarket nearby. The apartment is quite spacious, and the kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Everything was very clean. The host seemed very nice and sent clear instructions to reach the place. Flexible check-in and check-out is appreciated. Some goods for breakfast were also provided. Also olive oil and salt to add to some meal.
I was expecting a bit more on the breakfast (like fresh pastries). Because there are no kitchen stoves it is not possible to cook oneself some eggs or toasted bread; the milk, coffee and some cookies provided were enough though (complemented with some fruit and yogurt we bought).
The apartment is a bit cold during the night (at least in March), but there are two heaters that help a lot.

The mini flat is clean and quite spacious. The tea/coffee machine in the room was appreciated. The mini metro is very close and takes you up to the old city in 10min (30min walk uphill).
There is no private parking as we initially thought- on street only. It’s not really a b&b, more like a small flat in a large building - you’re one door in a long corridor of private flats. Also you get vouchers for breakfast to spend at a local pasticceria (excellent one) but it’s only enough for one coffee and one croissant per person.

Bilocale situato al 7 piano, silenzioso e pulito con arredamento nuovo,comodo per la sua OTTIMA posizione difronte la stazione dei treni/taxi e a 50 mt dalla fermata aerobus umbria link ,per l'aeroporto (in 20 minuti si e' in aeroporto) e minimetro che in meno di 10 minuti ti porta in centro storico di perugia,super mercato sotto
al palazzo e ristoranti e fast food nelle vicinanze....OTTIMA SCELTA

CONSIGLIO....installate dei fornelli elettrici ,cosi si da' modo di cucinarsi ,rendendolo il bilocale ideale per soggiorni piu' lunghi e come base di appoggio per girare l'umbria,vista la favorevole posizione

Gute Matratze, Küche gut ausgestattet. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Leider keine Klimaanlage, bei offenem Fenster in der Nacht starker Verkehrslärm. Frühstück war ein Gutschein über 3,-€ in einer Patisserie. Bahnhofgegend mit entsprechenden Typen auf der Straße.
