More small flat than b&b feel

The mini flat is clean and quite spacious. The tea/coffee machine in the room was appreciated. The mini metro is very close and takes you up to the old city in 10min (30min walk uphill).

There is no private parking as we initially thought- on street only. It’s not really a b&b, more like a small flat in a large building - you’re one door in a long corridor of private flats. Also you get vouchers for breakfast to spend at a local pasticceria (excellent one) but it’s only enough for one coffee and one croissant per person.

Very new and clean with good facilities and comfort. Very close to Perugia Station which was why we chose this property.

Nice flat in Perfect location

Perfect location, 50m to train station, 150m to Minimetro and with Coop just by. Flat was comfortable. Breakfast in the nearby cafeteria really good. Very flexible check in and out hours which I really appreciate.

It is cold, which probably is the advantage in the summer months but not now. But they have put electric heaters in bathroom and bedroom. Also it is hard to find (no office or reception) so it is better to call them when you arrive.

We are experienced travellers, but in this case too many unexpected circumstances surprised us.

The flat was nice and clean.

The host sent us a single, long message via booking.com. It was written in Italian, which we didn't understand. In lack of proper indication of the house numbers, and any instruction received from the host, it took considerable time to find the building of the B&B. Within a circle of 100 meters around it, almost none of the local people was able to identify it. The flat turned out to be on the 7th floor of a large building, which wasn't obvious from the pictures published at booking.com. My wife cannot use lifts. She can easily go up to the 3rd or 4th floor, but climbing up to the 7th floor was more than exhausting. Although the location is close to the railway station and other facilities, there were many signs of regular drug and alcohol consumption in the neighbourhood and even within the building, which didn't give us comfortable feelings. When booking the flat, we gave the expected time of our arrival, but we didn't found anyone at the flat. I called the host, but it was impossible to communicate with her in English. Finally, she sent her son to show us where and how to find the key. We arrived with a Hyundai Tucson, which is bigger than a Fiat 500, but cannot be considered an oversized car. However, the door of the offered garage was too small to fit in, so we had to park in a public area. The statement "An Italian breakfast is available each morning at the bed and breakfast." is misleading. Guests get vouchers to be used in a nearby café.

A nice find

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Anna, the host was very friendly and helped us with all the questions and things that we needed. For the breakfast we got some vouchers that are redeemed at the Etruscan coffee shop, food was always fresh and of good quality, it was also packed with people everyday and this says by itself of how good it was. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Perugia!

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only thing which is not the property's fault is the location, it's a good thing that it's close to the train station, but on the other hand like most cities you have to be careful at night. Despite all this during our stay we never encountered any problems.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable stay very close to the train station.

We chose this location because we needed to go to the train station very early in the morning. It worked perfectly for that. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as it looked. We didn't have time for breakfast, so can't speak to that. Also, we came in late at night and left early in the morning, so the proximity to the train station was perfect.

This isn't a complaint as much as it is an FYI. The building isn't a hotel. It seems like an apartment or condos, so I wasn't sure exactly where to go to enter, but we figured it out. The host, Anna, is very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Italian and she doesn't speak english, but we made it work. I would type into Google Translate and we'd send messages back and forth in What's App.

Lovely apartment

Anna and her husband provided a beautiful apartment with a sitting room and kitchenette, pastries, yogurt with cereal, milk, coffee, and teas. The apartment is very close to the train station in Perugia and the Mini Metro, which, for a small fee takes you right to the top of the Old Town.

Since they just opened, it was a little difficult to find the building, which is the large tan building on the plaza to the left and up a set of stairs. Anna was having signs made so that shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Ein äussert düsteres und dunkles Haus. Nicht vertrauenserweckend. Konnten Wohnung in den unbeleuchteten Gängen nicht finden. Hatten Angst, sind gegangen und kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Bilocale situato al 7 piano, silenzioso e pulito con arredamento nuovo,comodo per la sua OTTIMA posizione difronte la stazione dei treni/taxi e a 50 mt dalla fermata aerobus umbria link ,per l'aeroporto (in 20 minuti si e' in aeroporto) e minimetro che in meno di 10 minuti ti porta in centro storico di perugia,super mercato sotto al palazzo e ristoranti e fast food nelle vicinanze....OTTIMA SCELTA Peronale sorridente e efficente

CONSIGLIO....installate dei fornelli elettrici ,cosi si da' modo di cucinarsi ,rendendolo il bilocale ideale per soggiorni piu' lunghi e come base di appoggio per girare l'umbria,vista la favorevole posizione

Świetny wybór dla podróżujących pociągiem

Ultra czyste mieszkanie, świetnie zaprojektowany wystrój, bardzo wygodne łóżko, telewizor , duża łazienka, kuchnia z lodówką, mikrofalą i ekspresem do kawy - mieszkało się na prawdę dobrze! Blok na przeciwko stacji kolejowej Perugia, blisko terminal autobusowy Fontivegge i stacja minimetra. Śniadania w pysznej cukierni (bony do realizacji na słono lub słodko) po drugiej stronie placu. Uprzejma, sympatyczna i dyskretna gospodyni, nie było problemów z trafieniem i przekazaniem kluczy. Jesteśmy pod wrażeniem mieszkania i podróżującym pociągami gorąco polecamy tę lokalizację a także komfort.

Nam się podobało wszystko. Jeśli ktoś nie jest przyzwyczajony do mieszkania w mieście, rzeczywiście słychać miasto za oknem przy otwartym oknie. Nie ma klimatyzacji ale wentylator daje radę. Nie jest to centrum Perugii, ale nasz wybór był świadomy ze względu na bliskość dworca. Jest za to blisko minimetro które pozwala zaoszczędzić siłę w dostaniu się na górę:)

Leider keine Klimaanlage, bei offenem Fenster in der Nacht starker Verkehrslärm. Frühstück war ein Gutschein über 3,-€ in einer Patisserie. Bahnhofgegend mit entsprechenden Typen auf der Straße.
