専用バスルームが部屋の外で、他に滞在者がいなかったことも加えて、まるで自分の家にいるようで快適でした。部屋の広さ、エアコン、水圧やお湯、ドライヤー、アメニティ、ゴミ箱の設置などとても管理がいきとどいています。
スタッフとはWhatsAppでのやりとりです。周辺の工事状況、アパートへの入り方など、きめ細かく、タイミングよく連絡をくれました。すばらしかったです。
ミニメトロにもバスターミナルにも近いので、旧市街までいくのも簡単です。大きな荷物を持って丘の上まで移動するよりも私にとっては便利でした。
お湯を沸かすポットがあるとよかったけど、なくても問題ありませんでした。駅の工事が終わったら、行き来しやすくなるのかと思います。

The room was really impressive; large, decent balcony with lovely view; nice themes; good quality furnishings; big bathroom with powerful shower.
Sylvia was very nice and welcoming.
We reported a leaky air-con unit on our final night, which was particularly worrying as it was just above the TV.
The kettle and coffee maker were missing on arrival but Sylvia sorted this out so we could enjoy a coffee at sunrise on the balcony on the 2nd morning. Apparently a previous guest had broken them.

Camera accogliente, confortevole, luminosa e pulitissima. Bagno impeccabile. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti a piedi da stazione FS e da minimetro per il centro. La signora Ivana e’ adorabile e una perfetta padrona di casa. Check in autonomo perfettamente spiegato.
E’ una casa degli anni 70 e l’insonorizzazione della camera e’ scarsa. Quindi se gli occupanti delle altre stanze sono rumorosi e maleducati (nonostante i cartelli in casa che invitano al silenzio dopo le 23), potreste essere svegliati.
