Lovely place to stay to explore Perugia.

This is a great place to stay to explore Perugia. The location close to the train station and Mini-Metro make it just perfect. Ivana was a great host. Easy check in. Our room and bathroom were sparkling clean. Had some nice little treats left to make our morning great. Loved the balcony access!!! Great value! Highly recommended. It is where we will stay next time we visit Perugia. BTW - the city is marvelous also!!!

An overnite stay at the B&B metro

We liked the cleanliness, amenities (lift, air con, ref and storage bins) Silvie’s fast response to our needs. The bed was comfy with very clean sheets and pillows. The B&B fulfilled our needs for an overnite stay. Thank you!! One thing though, we chose the B&B to be close to the FS train station. However, the tunnel that conveniently connects the B&B’s building to the station is CLOSED (dont know if temporarily or permanently)so we had to walk around the station about 10-15 min. to get to the facility. Road surface to get to and from the station is also partially unpaved and uneven for our roll-on cases. Should we go to Perugia again, we wld call the B&B first before booking to know if the tunnel is REOPENED. Lastly, we liked having a very clean private bathroom with the roomy shower stall, all the necessities for bathing and storage bin for wet towels. The bathroom’s location across the room was ok but for convenience, we would choose a double room with a bathroom inside the room the next time.

The balcony was nice but viewing other apartments while sitting there is not relaxing. Also, the coffee maker is efficient but bigger coffee mugs (instead of the small espresso cups) are needed to accommodate the coffee as it drips out if the machine otherwse a big mess occurs.

Handy stay in Perugia

Ivana is a very lovely person, she was so kind and helpful. the place is just beside the Fontivegge railway / mini metro station, very handy to reach the centre. the room and the bathroom were spotless, good AC in the room important in a very hot moment. Reccomended with pluses!

Everything was super clean and comfortable, the location outside was a bit strange but overall it was perfect for a one night stay.

The host could not speak any English so it was a bit uncomfortable to use google translate and stuff, but she was very very nice, only the language barrier was uncomfortable.

Superb

The accommodation is situated close to the main Perugia train station. Excellent, themed, en suite rooms - with a basic breakfast provided and continuous use of the kitchen area allowed.

Perugia is a town situated on a hill top - and it's necessary to take the "Minimetro" to the old centre to avoid a steep climb on foot - which may not suit everyone - but this was not a problem for me. The main entrance to the accommodation isn't obvious and some people may have difficulty finding it.

Comfortable stay

Location is very good, close to the Perugia central station. It was easy to find once we got to the station. Room was clean and spacious just as we had seen when booking. Room ,is part of an apartment so we got to use the kitchen even if we wanted some tea late evening. Ivana, the owner is a nice person who tried to make us feel comfortable

The first breakfast had mainly sweet items, cereal and yoghurt, so we had to ask for some bread for toast which was then provided every day.

Delightfully cosy and homey with practically everything you need provided!

Even though we don’t speak the same language, dealing with Ivana was a delight. She was very kind and thoughtful, and the communication before getting there was great. The facilities are set up like a cosy apartment, and you share the common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom) with the other 2 rooms being rented. Each room gets a dedicated fridge shelf that also comes with a few items that get restocked daily (yogurt, panini items, milk, etc) as well as a dedicated table set up with snacks and dishes already set out for you. If you were staying for a while, it is a full kitchen available to use. The bed was very comfortable, had great mirrors, an individual balcony, and lots of desk and luggage space.

For some, the shared bathroom may be a problem. It wasn’t for me (it was available every time I needed it, so it almost felt like a private bathroom). Also, some may not enjoy the location, as it is right at the train station — the living room balcony actually overlooks the train platform — and is about a 15-20 min bus ride/30 min uphill cardio walk to the main city area. I actually liked this, as it was so easy and quick when arriving into and exiting out of the city, and the bus and minimetro are cheap and easy to use to get to the city center.

Perfect stay, clean apartment and room, very kind hosts

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We were provided with a great breakfast. Our room was very large and clean and we did not have issues with any noise. The accomodation is located right next to the railway station and bus station so it is perfect if you plan to do excursions, airport transfer and only a 10 minute bus ride to the main attractions in the city.

Perugia è stata un'immersione nella bellezza, nell'arte e nel gusto

Camera pulita, bagno grande e confortevole, posizione ottima per la vicinanza al Minimetrò e alla stazione. Carino anche il balcone con la possibilità di usare un tavolino. Per fortuna non c'erano zanzare né altri insetti.

Definendosi B&B stride l'assenza di colazione. Per questo il prezzo probabilmente è un tantino alto, soprattutto se si tiene conto che l'edificio - pur dignitoso - è collocato in una zona residenziale in stato di abbandono. Intorno negozi sfitti, presenza quasi esclusiva di esercizi gestiti da extracomunitari e la sensazione di uno stato di insicurezza quando si rientra in camera la sera.

la posizione dvanti alla stazione. lunedi mattina alla 6,51 la ruspa ha cominciato a scavare. la stanza non è insonorizzata e abbiamo dovuto andare via presto perche non si poteva dormine piu'.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Noi abbiamo viaggiato in coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, appena fatta la prenotazione su wa mi sono arrivate tutte le info necessarie e ben dettagliate per poter procedere al check-in in autonomia, fra l'altro l'host è stata super disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell'appartamento era comoda per arrivare in centro sia con i mezzi che con la propria auto (nei giorni festivi il parcheggio a strisce blu in centro è gratuito). La camera era pulitissima e con un piccolo frigo a disposizione. Nonostante non fosse inclusa la colazione abbiamo trovato una scatolina con delle merendine, una macchina del caffè, un bollitore e tutto l'occorrente. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente!

Nulla che riguardi la struttura. Ma il sottopasso che collega la stazione a via Sicilia è fondamentale, ad oggi arrivare alla stazione non è il massimo e bisogna passare da un sottopasso non tanto sicuro.

部屋は広くてベッドも快適だった。

当日にメールで駅のホームの下にある通路を通って来るように案内があったが、通路は一時的ではなく以前から閉鎖されていたようだ。駅員に聞いて遠回りをして現地に到着したが、鍵が入れてある小さな箱の写真が間違っていたので困ったので、メールを送ると管理を依頼されているという女性が建物の中から出てきた。イタリア語を話さない人はB＆Bに装着するだけでも疲れると思う。朝食は小さなパンが2個テーブルに置いてありコーヒはエスプレッソマシンが置いてあった。しかし、ミルクもなく、飲料水もなかったので、朝食は食べる気がしなかった。期待はしていなかったが、次回利用することはないと思う。

Sono rimasto colpito per tutto l'insieme del B&B, per le camere e l'rredamento in più il bagno veramente tutto ottimo....silenziosa la camera e molto assolata ed un ottimo terrazzo, peccato che è durato poco e mi spiaceva lasciarlo.

Уютный маленький отель по типу квартиры

Все было чудесно! Очень красивая комната, в которой было чисто, тепло и уютно. В ней были телевизор, чайник, стол, стул, комод, шкаф, вешалки для одежды и даже капсульная кофе-машина. Отель находится около жд станции. Для меня это очень удобно.
