Do NOT book this apartment. Not worth the money at all. Very poor standard and service.

Weekend fri-sunday booked for a family get together. Problems found and reported as soon as we got there. The dishwasher wasnt attached to the unit and came out, almost causing an injury to someone. The bath wasnt secured to the floor in the bathroom and leaked dirty water from underneath which flooded the bathroom. After contact with the host they sent someone out to repair who couldnt do it, and had to come back the following day. It was fixed but we couldnt use it as the repair needed time to seal, and we were left with dirty water and sludge over the bathroom floor for a day and a half. This meant for 10 of us we had 1 single shower to use, whch was dirty and only ran tepid temp water. This was reported but they didnt come out to fix they just said to check the boiler. We replied to say the boiler was fine as had hot water in the kitchen, but no response after that. The hot tub did not work, despite them coming to re-set it 3 times, it would not stay on due to a fault. This was the main reason we had booked this apartment. Advertised as having toiletries - There are no toiletires in this apartment unless you count a half full dispenser of hand wash. We had to go out and buy soap and cleaning stuff on the Saturday. Also said Property was dirty and cleaner when we left it! Stripped the beds when we left and found blood stained pillows and duvets. It was December and it was not possible to find anywhere else to stay, so had no choice as didnt want to cut our family trip short, and just tried to stay out as much as we could. I had to chase for the refundable deposit back for a few weeks even though it should be paid back within 7 days from your booking. I have sent several messages of complaint and 2 emails requesting a refund with no reply at all, therefore have no option but to leave an honest review so others dont book thinking this is a good standard apartment. Which is a shame as the size and location would be fantastic if they repaired and maintained it well.

A lot of money for what it is

Good property for a hen do. Location was as expected, car park directly opposite. It did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend. I provided detailed feedback via email to the company but it didn’t even get acknowledged.

The apartment is in need of a desperate deep clean, one of the duvets provided was covered in vomit, the freezer desperately needs defrosting and next to the beds needs dusting ( down the side ) Like most other people we were able to use the hot tub for a very short amount of time and it broke, the host was extremely hard to get hold of. Had to chase my £500 safety deposit 3 times before I got it returned.

Dissapointing, unprofessional and unclean!

Location was good for getting taxis to central areas. Nice to have outdoor space.

Very dirty, bathrooms were extremely dirty and the sink got clogged up - there was a plunger next to it, which I presume is for that reason (instead of them just getting it fixed!) Hot tub was also very dirty. Shower does not drain. There is no hoover or equipment to try to clean the house. Fridge did not work properly either. On the day of arrival we received a message that our booking was cancelled, with no other explanation! It turns out the company just did not see that we had send them the deposit money - this caused a lot of stress and there was no apology from their end. It then took us over a week and a half to get the deposit money back - we had to request it multiple times. Not trustworthy!!

Pleasant stay, great location

The place was in a great location and easy to find. It catered for our basic needs and suited 12 people to stay. Overall a good stay.

Not enough towels were provided for the amount of guests, even though this was queried prior to the stay. No bath mat provided so the bathroom floors were very wet.

Spacious apartment, great location and hot tub was great bonus!

We stayed as a group of 11 for a hen party. The apartment was really spacious, hot tub was great and location close to all the city hot spots.

Apartment could do with a deep clean and an upgrade. 2 sofa beds were broken but maintenance was sent out quickly to resolve. Any issues we had the team was quick to respond and rectify. As a group of girls more mirrors definitely required.

Enjoyed our stay

Loved the living space and open plan kitchen. The outside area is lovely. Beds very comfy slept really well. Location is perfect also.

En suite shower and sink didn't drain away well., had to use towels to soak up the water when in shower.

Great location! Lots of space for all guests who stayed. Beds pretty comfy.

Couldn’t get the heating to work and the en-suite sink kept blocking (plunger was provided next to sink so assuming it’s a known issue)

Perfect for group celebration

Really love open plan Kitchen lounge, which made for a great communal space. Lovely tall ceilings made it feel very spacious even with 10 of us.

Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work properly, but we made it fun and enjoyed our hot bath.

Disappointing

Location good

Unfortunately everything is very worn. Not enough crockery or cutlery for the amount of guest. Barely any cooking equipment/pots and pans. The hot tub is inflatable, so only good for 1 use. This place does not sleep 14 people, there is only 2 bedrooms , not enough room. Also, it could do with a deep clean.

Brilliant weekend, great location, pretty much perfect accommodation

The living room kitchen areas were very sociable. We loved the outdoor area and hit tub.

Some of the beds were a little lumpy. We would have liked a brush or vacuum to clean before we left

Great location, good facilities, bad neighbours

Very spacious and the outdoor terrace was great to have. Location was ideal as we were right next to the northern quarter. Having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus too. Thank you to the hosts who were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries before and during the stay.

The main issue we had was the top balcony guests kept dropping items off onto the terrace. Firstly a can dropped into the hot tub, then an ashtray onto the seating area. Cigarette buts were thrown over continually all weekend. A wig was also thrown over. Whilst we were stood outside a glass bottle came down, which could have ended very badly. More glass bottles were dropped and smashed on the terrace over the weekend. This really did put a dampener on the stay as many of us were anxious of being out there. The top floor guests were clearly being careless or maybe destructive, I’m not sure. Maybe a net over the entire area would be a good option. Other ways to improve would be the cleanliness of the ensuite bathroom. Although dark, you could see that the corners and tiles were not very clean. The main bathroom would benefit from a shower holder on the wall. Finally, the lack of windows was a big problem. No way to let fresh air in other than the back doors.

Be very afraid if you have a problem and do not dare leave them a note!

Apartment was ok. There were 6 of us in 2 bedrooms and with sofa beds in lounge but with one shower room and one bathroom (with no shower) it would have been a bit of a squeeze for 14 especially with 2 bedrooms and using one shower. Outside patio small but would have been nice in summer. However upstairs balcony does overlook it. Location is out of centre.

The hot tub was a blow up model , When we got there it was appeared on and warm but not hot. I was concerned , having a hot tub myself, that type does not got warm enough in winter. We went straight out and when we came back later it was cold, showing an error on screen and bleeping. Whatever we pressed on dials did not work, there were no instructions . it was the same the next morning, and must have been the same when whoever manages it arrived. I had left a note saying the hot tub was cold which had been disappointing. I received a response which was verging on the aggressive. ' funny it was on at 3pm we have a date stamp, what did you do about it?' and 'we don't take responsibility'. As we were in apartment by around 2.30pm I would question the date stamp but would that mean there was not a subsequent problem. When I pointed out they were in a customer led industry, all we wanted was to tell them there was a problem and hoped for just to get a 'sorry hope it did not detract from your stay' I got an even worse response saying they did not appreciate being left a message! Clearly if the message had been positive that would be ok. As someone who works in a client based industry I pointed out the hot tub was blow up, the dials did not work, there was no instructions and why would they not appreciate a note saying something was wrong, which might help them improve things for others. Instead of just saying sorry, (which is not that hard) it was taken personally. We also had not wanted to call anyone late at night which showed more manners than their response. I think these people are in the wrong industry. Apart from that. The location was out of centre and really need taxis. No microwave and sofa beds appeared of the cheaper type.

Good location and facilities. Small rooms. Broken beds. 14 would be a squeeze.

The hot tub terrace area is great. As is the open plan kitchen and living spot. Nice bathroom + shower room too. Location was also ideal for our trip. Parking across the road was handy. The woman who phoned as we arrived to check if everything was okay was nice. Very easy to get to and to access the apartment.

The bedrooms are very small and a number of beds are broken. I think it would be a struggle to have 14 people in the apartment, 10 is probably more realistic. There is also only 1 one shower and a bath, so getting ready for a night out would take a while! Whoever we communicated with on the chat prior to our trip wasn't the friendliest and quite blunt with words. Had to chase up for the deposit. My friend also cut his foot on a piece of broken glass that was in the mat for the hot tub.

Pleasant

Shower in the big bathroom was good. Place was very clean and a brilliant location.

Apartment is far too small for 14 people, there were 6 of us and we were falling over each other. No welcome pack, so we couldn't work the hot tub. The apartment was so warm we were all suffering trying to get some sleep as it was boiling. Not enough mirrors for us to get ready either. We all thought the apartment was very over priced for the space available. I had to message on the day for the codes to get in and had to message for the deposit.

Not a great experience

Good location

Broken bed The showers weren’t clean, cobwebs all in the shower and carpets very dirty in bedrooms. We were approached by 5 different men claiming to own the apartment or trying to come and “fix the hob” on separate occasions, 2 men waiting outside the apartment at 1am as we were coming home. Phone call at 1am whilst in bed, asking me to come outside as they needed to chat when the flat upstairs was having a party, clearly got the wrong apartment. No windows in the apartment. Felt very uneasy as a group of girls.

Rude owner of property

Good location for our trip

Run down property not as advertised heating did not work fire alarms bleeping due to low battery dirty sheets,damaged furniture Called the caretaker on the numbers provided to raise concerns but no answer. Owner of property was rude and abrupt when I spoke to him and I had to chase him to get my deposit returned.
