great location for a large group celebrating in Manchester

really convenient location and lots of space for our group!

It could have been a little bit cleaner but the hosts were exceptional at getting house keeping to resolve some small issues we had identified!

Good place for a busy large group!

The place was perfect for a large group of us who were out the majority of the time! It was big enough to accommodate us all, even had a balcony and a big table for food/drinks. The lockbox came in handy with a large group as you weren't depending on 1 key. The location was great!

The hosts were fine, felt they could've been a bit more polite and accommodating. We asked for linens for all 3 sofa beds however, were only provided with 2 sets so a person had to go without. We were questioned why we needed them as our group was only for 10 people - which felt a bit invasive. The place could've been cleaner - there was a weird goopy sauce all over the walls? (maybe bbq) The wet rooms had no ventilation, so the floors were soaking wet for 2 days.

Dirty Apartment - needs to be cleaned when new guests arrive.

The apartment was not cleaned at all, under sofa down the side of the beds was absolutley filthy. Windowseals dusty floor dirty. Had not even had a basic clean before we arrived.

J’ai dû relancer plusieurs fois pour récupérer cette caution, et le remboursement a été compliqué. > > À notre arrivée, les radiateurs n’étaient pas allumés et il faisait froid dans l’appartement. Les draps n’étaient pas d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui n’inspire pas confiance sur l’hygiène générale du logement. > > L’équipement de l’appartement laisse aussi à désirer : il n’y a même pas de table basse ou de petite table dans le salon autour des canapés. > > Globalement, entre la gestion de la caution en dehors de Booking, le manque de propreté et le confort insuffisant, je ne recommanderais pas cet appartement et je pense que ces points doivent être signalés

Tres bon emplacement.

Équipements très limités. Pas assez de fauteuils pour s’asseoir et lits très petits (120cm)
