It was our only option for the large group we had travelling together.
The house was easily accessible by transit from Manchester City Centre and there were enough beds for our large group. Host was quite responsive and pleasant to interact with.
The kitchen was sparse and there was a dirty baking pan in the drawer with half an inch of grease congealed along the edge - it had clearly not been cleaned before someone put it into the drawer. The pans also didn't fit the oven (it had to be placed into the oven on an angle). There weren't a lot of kitchen supplies (a few pots had no lids; there was only one bread knife and one paring knife; no can opener) given that the house is meant to host a large group. No coffee pods were provided. No staple pantry items were available (some table salt was found, likely left by another group). Some folks inspected the beds and they found bloods stains on the mattresses/one sheet. Overall, this was our only option in Manchester that had the number of beds we needed - and it did the job but would say it's quite expensive for what we got.

Fine, but not for families
The beds were very comfy, but not full doubles, would struggle to fit 2 adults. The bathrooms were nice if a bit run down in places. In terms of travelling location, it was fine. The agency were very welcoming and kept in touch. We didn't need to call for help but feel like they would have responded quickly and well if needed. Could see it being a fine stay for a big group of young friends.
The house has a very odd layout and an interesting smell. It was pretty grubby in places and had a lot of flies in the kitchen (when we arrived). The area was fine, but not the most attractive area for a "holiday" break. We had booked as a group of families and it's definitely not an appropriate option with young kids, with some dodgy doors and stairs. Fortunately some of our group cancelled last minute so we had enough sleeping space, had they all shown up we would have struggled to fit, due to the small beds, despite the advertised space.

Terrible location and very shabby for the money
The beds were fairly new and clean
No hot water in two of the bathrooms, mouse traps throughout the ground floor. Not good location we were told not to walk around on our own, outside area was overflowing with rubbish, carpets will dirty and ill fitted and paint coming off wall on end staircase
