Spacious and large home, perfect for large families.
The house was spacious enough for our needs as a family. Had a nice garden. All the bathrooms were clean. Everything was comfortable. House was bright and airy. The large dining table was very useful for a large family as well as the sofa. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in Manchester, and I will definitely use it again if I were to visit Manchester.
The kitchen was generally clean, but we did find some cupboard doors had food on the handle area, which was gross. The sofa bed part of the sofa had not been cleaned at all, as when we opened it, it was covered in crumbs and dust. There were also no spare pillows or duvet to be used for the sofa bed. The iron board wasn't steady enough to use. One of the rooms did not have a fan in it, considering the hot weather. But overall, there are definitely more positives than negative.

All 13 ladies were happy with bnb, bedding clean and towels provided. Enough space all around that we did not feel on to

Fantastic stay - would come again!
Location was great! Parking was super easy as well which was great as we had a baby with us!
The neighbours were very noisy at early hours, however this was fine on the 2nd night as they were also an Airbnb and had checked out the following morning anyway.

Excellent property that is finished to a very high standard. Perfect place to stay if travelling with friends
High finish property in good location for the city. Good communication from staff Excellent coffee machine Comfy beds
The top level (3 floors) was very warm as the radiator in the bathroom could not be turned off. Wasn’t a problem as we kept the windows open but in summer could be stifling. Skylights in living room don’t have any blinds so if anyone needs to sleep on the sofa bed they are woken up by the daylight.
