Unsafe and Unsanitary Apartment
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues, including: • An unclean bathroom with visible dirt and neglect. • Damp throughout the property, contributing to an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. • Black mould present, which is a significant health hazard. • Rips and damage to the flooring, creating trip hazards and an overall poorly maintained appearance. • Only one usable exit, which is extremely concerning in the event of a fire or emergency and does not meet basic safety expectations. Additionally, when we returned to the property at approximately 3:00 a.m., the key to the front door was missing. We attempted to contact the host multiple times for assistance but received no response, leaving us in a vulnerable and unsafe situation late at night.

La ubicación era lo único bueno del alojamiento
La limpieza deja mucho que desear, entra mucho frío y aire por las ventanas aunque estuviesen cerradas. Hay que pagar un extra por las toallas. En la ducha sale muy poca agua y es muy difícil conseguir una temperatura adecuada, o está helada o te quemas.
