Location was good to access Manchester sights and amenities. I liked the fact that every room had heaters that could be independently controlled.
The outside of the building was heavily scaffolded and this impeded the views from the windows. There were lots of construction noises, although at least they didn't start too early. The internal stairwell was also in need of work and the banister had protruding screw heads that threatened to cause injury. The furniture was functional at best, no frills or comfort factor. For the price, I could have booked a much smarter apartment in the Northern Quarter.

Location is great! The apartment was clean and roomy. Linen all clean and tidy. Overall the apartment is a great value for the money. Inside the apartment everything is fine.
Overall the building is subpar, stairwell dirty and smelly. Not enough sitting spaces or sofas, since the beds sleep six people but only a 3 person sofa and one chair.
