Overall we had a nice time but some improvements could be made.

The space downstairs was a great social area very spacious for everyone to enjoy a drink and a dance. Sofa beds were easy to put up, the location was fine and Ubers are really easy to get. Deposit sent back after 7 days as listed in the description.

The house could have been better equipped with items such as oven trays for cooking breakfast, more bedding as there wasn't enough for all the guests but luckily it was 28 degrees and we were happy with just sheets. There is a decent sized storage area which would be handy is they had some fans as the top bedroom gets very hot. Some windows are broken so do not open and the flush in one of the toilets is hit and miss.

Good for large groups

Big space suitable for large groups, felt open with lots of space. There are plenty of sleeping areas with the 3 bedrooms and the extra sleeping areas in the living spaces, and there was enough bedding for our group of 15. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower, again suitable for a large group. The location is good, with parking available right outside. Communication from the host was good.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest on arrival. It wasn't awful, but I do feel that it could have been a bit cleaner overall.

Good

Location is very central. Easy to gain access. Very spacious and a great space for groups and short trips. I'd like to give it a 7.5 its quite basic but really does serve its purpose. Great utilisation of a warehouse.

Spacious apartment near city centre

The accommodation was ideal for our group of friends. There was plenty of space in the apartment, with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The location was also ideal as it was so close to the city centre so we could walk to certain places.

Some of the sofa beds were missing bedding/duvets/duvet covers so it would've been good to have enough for all the beds. We also would have liked some more pots and pans to cook with as there were only two.

the code system was good . specially with the issue we had on the day in regards to swapping buildings after builders on site error

The showers were diabolical. There was no hot waters and absolutely no pressure would’ve been better washing with a watering can. Toilets didn’t flush, a glass of water took over a minute too fill up the pressure was that bad. The maintenance team just appeared whilst we were there. Had no prior notice that they would be there. CCTV cameras in living which is illegal as there are sofa beds in there. Both nights we were there the camera started recording against our permission. Which I might add again IS ILLEGAL. The door code situation was a nightmare. Numerous times guests couldn’t get into the door as it stated ‘operation failed’ over and over.

Great for group gatherings!

Spacious, central and bright apartment. Within walking distance of the best bits of the Northern Quarter. One of the showers wasn’t working but the team sent someone out who fixed it in <1.5 hours!

There were 15 of us which meant 5 of us were sleeping on sofa beds in the hallway. The sofa beds were comfy but it wasn’t the best quality of sleep. The location meant that the apartment was also quite noisy with the windows open.

Location was superb, lots of places to eat and drink. Plenty of car parks close. Apartment was great.

all in all the stay was brilliant and we enjoyed ourselves. However there was some issues receiving our security deposit

lack of bed space, says sleeps 18 but there was only 13 of us and I feel that was just enough, small fridge hard to fit all the drinks for the amount of people

the property was spacious with room for all guests

the main area is as cold as it is as very cold outside and had no radiators. the kitchen had a drainage smell between the bathroom and the kitchen. one bathroom had a broken lock. when we asked for the top room to have lightbulb changed we couldn’t have this repaired as maintenance finished it was very dangerous.

The apartment was in a great location, near all the shops and got plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and spacious as well. Very good for a group booking.

There is an extractor fan that goes from one of the bathrooms to the kitchen which we found out the hard way.

Awesome location - right in the doorstep of the Northern quarter and easy to get in and out without having to share keys

We were unaware that there was any security which came as a surprise - although a good thing to know that the property was being monitored whilst we were out.

Stupid secretary

Property is nice good for large gatherings

The secretary or the agent or whoever he is;Jonathan needs to be sacked. He’s a thief. If you want this place don’t book it through booking.com book it directly from the person that owns it. Had minimal communication throughout he just wanted to steal my money not letting me know all he could have.
