Convenient location, clean rooms, will stay again

Flew in from the U.S. to meet friends and explore Manchester. This location was perfect as it was close to the iTV studios so we could do the Corrie tour, and it was close to a tram stop that took us further into the city centre. Walked the neighborhood quite a bit and the location was perfect. Staff was amazing, restaurant food was good, bar area was perfect for gathering, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Enjoyable

Was very clean and comfortable, great views across Manchester and Old Trafford. Relatively quiet for a City room Breakfast was spot on.

Had a bit of communication issue with check in staff, was more of an accent barrier than anything 😂 But apart from that all other staff were helpful and cheery. Room could do with some coat hooks, nowhere to hand wet coats as it had been raining as you’d expect in Manchester for this time of year. But apart from those minor points all good.

It was close to our original location. Easy access for the Tram and plenty to do at Salford Quays

Our original room the sink was damaged. The second room was next door to a disability room that sounded like it had a party going on. Had to get the staff to intervene.

Excellent location. Extremely comfortable bedroom facilities and excellent bathroom.. staff were first class and extremely helpful.

The only thing I can think of is that there should perhaps have been liners in the bins from a hygiene point of view, but I suspect they were being eco-friendly

The room was lovely, bathroom modern & very clean.

The attitude of one of the receptionists. Not friendly or welcoming, rude & abrupt when I asked her to explain something that I didn't understand. The £50 added on at check in was unexpected although was told it would be refunded upon check out. Still not refunded 5 days later. Money I don't have spare!.

They were fantastic with our dog, staff were very friendly, very accommodating, bathroom was spacious, room was big and the air con worked very well and needed in the UK heatwave

The pillows needed to be longer so they fitted the bed. It could do with some apps on the TV to sign into the likes of Netflix and the car parking could be better value, a 4 night stay cost £47
