The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good
The room was too hot and the technician was not able to sort it out and instead he advised to keep the ventilation on which was not possible as it was noisy.
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
The curtains did not cover the whole window which made the experience more unpleasant with the light coming on from outside .
The breakfast was good but could have been better if more options were available ( halal or vegan).
