Good size for groups, mediocre.

The accomodation is an excellent size for a group of around 10 people. A larger group than this may struggle. The lounge/kitchen area is comfortable. Modern decoration and loved the keyless entry, as it allowed our group to return to the flat at different times without stress about who had keys. Good information provided about how to check in, with instructional videos about where to find Internet information. AI customer service available.

The accomodation was rather poorly equipped. Minimal cleaning products, for example washing up liquid but no sponges, one dishwasher tablet, no cleaning liquids for surfaces, bathroom supplies, very dirty mop bucket with no mop, and vacuum without stick. Kitchen did not include oven trays, but did have good range of cups, plates, bowls. We stayed in late September and it was quite cold with no way to increase heating. Due to the high ceilings and open space which crosses two of the bedrooms, it can get very cold. Would not recommend staying in winter. The bedroom with 3 double beds is 3 mattresses on the floor. Superficially clean but left a lot to be desired. There was a spot of carpet next to my bed (mattress on floor) from which there a strong smell of vomit and this woke me throughout the night. Looked visibly clean but smelled. I appreciate that this may be missed when being cleaned if it looks visibly clean, I would have been happy to clean myself had there been adequate cleaning products. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Be aware that one bedroom is ensuite but there is a large window, meaning that you can directly see into the whole bathroom while in bedroom. There is a blind to provide privacy but sections were missing. The main bathroom has a shower head but no curtain, and there is a considerable gap between the holder for the shower head and the bath. This means that water goes outside of the bath, and it feels very exposing to shower stood in a bath with no walls adjacent, and a large window to one side with missing blind panels, meaning you can be seen by neighbouring flats/people at street level.

Book for one night max, easy location. No frills

Great location for after a night out and somewhere for one night to sleep!

Think the info is a bit misleading, not really a penthouse and would sleep comfortably max 6-8 people. No shower gel and water did cut out after everyone brushed their teeth. Also the 3rd room is basically in the 2nd room so make sure the group know each other well. And there are 2 bathrooms which 1 is within one of the bedrooms as an en-suite.

Not Stunning as per title !

The size of the apartment was good as a good communal area and the location was good, plenty to do nearby property. The host responded quickly and returned the security deposit within a few days.

I'm afraid the apartment had alot wrong with it. Bed had boards underneath mattress, pillows were flat ! shower flooded everytime and 8 of us needed to shower, hot water went off when the 6th person was showering. No plug for the bath or sink. We couldn't get TV to work and only 1 battery in remote control. The worst was the ants running around...not good ! The host did contact the cleaner/odd job man but no-one turned up. I had to clean the benches before using it. Luckily we were not cooking meals. This was not a " Stunning Apartment" as per title, it might have been at one time but is in need of a good makeover.

Lovely property, would stay again

The property was great for what was needed - spacious and very modern.

The only thing I would say, is there were no bin bags to change the bins before check out. As well as having no baking trays for the oven.

Perfect communal area. Working trip with large group made a lot easier thanks to the location of property and also nearby parking.

STAY CLEAR!

The location was good and it was spacious

After booking we were told we had to pay £500 deposit Sofa bed was broken Landlords are rude and refused to refund any part of our deposit. Said we broke a bed thay was broken in arrival which we had photos of. Then blocked us when we asked for proof

City centre location, accommodated 10 of us. Spacious kitchen/lounge area with small balcony

Beds upstairs were just mattresses on floor. Very hot as no air conditioning. Only 2 bathrooms for 10 people, no locks on doors, shower in en-suite would flood so had to use a lot of towels.

Excellent - definitely recommend

Perfect apartment for a large group. Really spacious living space, beds all comfy, even the sofa beds. Easily enough cutlery, pots, etc. Close to everything you could want, parking very nearby for a reasonable price. Security deposit returned with no issues.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a great location for our family visit to Manchester.

Our family enjoyed a great stay in this centrally located apartment. The hosts did a good job of communicating with us ahead of time and we were very happy with the cleanliness and features of the apartment... the photos do a good job. We were pleasantly surprised at the large number of plates, glasses, etc. provided, along with some basic supplies such as tea, coffee and olive oil. And Netflix is included! The nearby car parks are literally outside the front door and charge a max. of 7.50 GBP for 24 hours.

It would have been nice to have more hangars in the bedrooms, along with a full length mirror in the main bedroom, so you're not having to wait to use the mirror in the ensuite bathroom. The rubbish bin is a good size, but it would be nice if it had a lid given that it sits out in the kitchen and is not in a cupboard.

Weekend with friends

This was an excellent apartment for our group of eight friends. The beds were comfy and the dining table was lovely to be able to all sit and eat together. It was an easy walk to the Northern Quarter which was ideal for eating out. The apartment was clean and the owners were easy to contact and very helpful.

It would be helpful to have a mirror outside of the bathroom for getting ready.

Good stay but not luxury living!

We liked the location and everyone being together in one apartment and the shared space was good.

We thought the apartment was well used and quite run down. We had problems with the key and couldn’t get in, the toilet flush was broken when we got there (it still flushed but the button was loose), there wasn’t enough champagne flutes for us all and when you go away with a group of girls you like the little luxuries, we didn’t realise we had to sleep on mattresses on the floor and when we lifted the mattresses there was rubbish under there presuming from the previous tenants. We didn’t feel it lived upto the luxury living so maybe market it different.

Fabulous

Great size for 8 of us on a weekend away (7 double beds in 3 rooms). Well equipped kitchen, and a good-sized living space. A great flat for friends catching up on a weekend away.

There is a mezzanine level with 3 double futon mattresses. This is quite exposed with a big drop to one side. It was fine for us, but not particularly safe (definitely not suitable for children).
