The apartment is spacious and fit our group well. Early check-in was a real bonus and helped us get to the gig on time. Location was convenient for what we needed.
Before arrival, we were asked if we’d be using the hot tub. We replied that we most likely wouldn’t, as we’d be out most of the evening — but we weren’t 100% sure and thought we’d play it by ear. The hot tub is included in the price, so we didn’t expect it to be completely empty when we arrived. Even if we did decide to use it, we never had the option.
Also, make sure you read the small print when booking. We received a request just 7 days before arrival asking for a further £500 as a deposit. It was mentioned in the booking pack, but right at the bottom and very easy to miss. This really caught us off guard — we were lucky we could cover it, but others might not be so fortunate. And by that point, you can’t cancel and get your money back.
The apartment itself could definitely do with some TLC — the place is a bit run-down and one of the beds even had a blood stain on the sheet, which was pretty grim. Still, for what we needed it for, the layout worked.
The worst part was when we got back around 1–2am and the apartment above us was having a loud party, which went on until 5:30am. The walls/floors are paper thin — you can hear everything. Four of our group actually left in the night because it was unbearable. There were also flashing LEDs in the garden that came straight through into the bedroom, and the blinds were damaged so they didn’t block any light.
To top it off, even though checkout was 11am, someone (either the cleaner or owner — not sure) just let themselves in around 10:20am without knocking. Their kid ran into the apartment first. We were still sat at the table and had to ask them to leave. That didn’t feel okay at all.

Exactly what we needed for a group weekend in Manchester. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, plenty of space for us all to fit comfortably. The location is perfect, easy walking distance into town, plenty of bars and restaurants close by
Everything was exactly as we needed. It was just very warm for sleeping in, it would have been nice if the windows could open to let in some air, but it’s not a big deal at all!

Very good space and size
There was a very bad smell going into the property. Like sewage.

The beds were so comfy, the lounge area big and spacious. Great kitchen facilities. All functional. The location and modernisation of the flat well made up for that.
The walk in shower did spray onto the floor a bit and some bathroom fittings were loose.
Slight issue with the electrics tripping and fridge stopped working for the weekend however the host was easily contacted and issue raised for repair.

Property was well kitted out. Great for a group stay. Host was very easy to deal with.

Location was great and also the jacuzzi was amazing really enjoyed. Beds were clean and very comfortable. And
Flooding in one of the bedroom from the ceiling and soaked the bed which made one of the beds impossible to use. Dish washer was not usable as the smell was unbearable when open. Weird stains on carpet. Awful smell when came in. Cutlery was dirty with dry food stook to them. Tea towel was dirty and there was only one to use.

location was perfect for the nightlife and the coded door allowed us to arrive home after a night out at different times and enter the property with ease!

Location was great, short walk into town, loads of stuff to do and see....
.... But, and its a BIG BUT, the apartment was little more than a hostel. An absolutely filthy hostel. And a VERY expensive one.
Cobwebs everywhere, torn bedding, wrecked sofas, dirty kitchen, dirty cutlery, mould everywhere. Hair in the hot tub, which wasn't really a hot tub. Nails sticking out of the decking, broken bathroom door locks / handles, construction work going on in the apartment nextdoor (woken at 7am by angle grinders and sledge hammers and drills)[not great for a holiday apartment!]
Six hundred quid a night for a filthy apartment is probably the worst value for money I have ever experienced in 25+ years travelling around the world, and that includes some pretty ropey hotels in India! It is shocking, and I mean really shocking.
Apparently it sleeps 16..... there were 5 of us and it was properly cramped, and stank, unless there's half a dozen of you and you want a place to smash up then I would avoid this place like the plague....

Located north of the Northern Quarter, it’s only a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Manchester, passing nice and arty areas.
Easy Check-In. Check out one hour later without any problems.
Very mouldy smell all over the place. Each of us had to wash every single bit of clothes we took to the apartment, even clothes that were in our bags the whole stay. Although we had the windows open when we were at the apartment.
Very dirty yard including rats going through trash. If the roller shutter towards the yard was open, rats could have possibly come into the apartment easily.
Owner charged us £50 for a damage we didn’t cause. Arbitrarily handling of our deposit. Said a craftsman had to fix it but never sent an invoice eventhough I asked for it.
Please note that if you pay your deposit in a foreign currency, there is a possibility of losing money due to chances on the currency market. We lost 55€ that way. Make sure to find another way and check PayPal currency exchange rates.

It was big and good for groups
The property was dirty , the windows were all locked and full of mould, all the rooms smelled of mould, we found few laughing gas bottles in the flat, which is not very pleasant if you are with kids.
