Clean and quite, bottled water was good. Towels changed every day but not really necessary though.

Spacious room and comfy bed. Modern bathroom, new furnishings and a good smart TV with Netflix. Spacious bedroom
Tea, coffee and water in the room. Clean room and bathroom. Ironing board, cupboards, hairdryer etc.
Entrance was a bit odd with a door next to a nightclub and a very unwelcoming stairway which felt a bit weird, especially as a solo female traveller. Once inside the room was modern and comfy though. It's above a nightclub, although I'm not sure if it's permanently closed? I was there on a Tuesday though so hard to know. I didn't hear any noise.
No reception or staff on site. Entry is via an app, which did work ok once installed but was a bit confusing initially and I wasn't sure if the message I got was legit at first!
My room was comfortable but got incredibly hot in the night, even in December! I had to crack the window and put the fan on at 4am to cool the room down. A good fan was provided, although only worked on full blast. Unfortunately I had a fairly poor night sleep as a result.

lovely quiet room (room 9) and check in was very easy with the assistance of Zoe . I just called the telephone number on the door and the lady appeared almost instantly. a fan is in the room which was warm and needed as I could not open an outdoor window. all in all a lovely stay and recommend. The room was exceptionally clean and a very comfortable bed.

very expensive mistake, well lesson's learned at least....
The rooms were very clean and look like a new building. The staff are very accommodating, they are a phone call away and very helpful. the contact point is quick in picking up the phone in a few rings and was accommodating when approached.
1. The location is tricky to find, as the name of the hotel is not visible as it is on the 1st floor of a nightclub. you can find it using the nightclub name vs. the hotel name.
2. 1st Impression is not good, the entry area/door smells really bad, when I say really bad it does stink and does not feel hygienic at all.
3. We booked 2 rooms with double beds, but the rooms were very small and felt very claustrophobic, people who have issues like me with small spaces should avoid this place.
4. The owner should take steps to remove carpets in the rooms as they smell really bad, and room 7 is the smallest room in the building and should not be a double room at all.. it is a single room with a double bed... watch out while booking.
5. There is a king-size room which we got, when i called the contact as we felt me and my kid cannot fit in room 7, they did give us the room for the night, which was slightly bigger than the other room, but it had that carpet smell which kept me awake and then was an annoying light which kept switching off and on either night in the corridor.
6. Rooms are maintained very well and very clean which is the best of the work by the staff in the hotel.
7. Parking outside the hotel is free overnight, but will be fined if you are parking after 9:00 am, you might get away by 30 mins free after 9:00 am but watch out for the parking for this is about 1/2 mile away so. plan well if you have/are traveling with kids.
8. I had to adjust for the night as we had to visit the temple early in the morning, but we wanted to cancel the 2nd night but as it was non-cancellable they refused to give any money back. I had to book yet another hotel and spend an extra £200 after paying £ 360 for 2 nights here and we could stay only for 1 night with all the problems we had as indicated above.
9. overall very expensive mistake, well lesson's learned at least. I would not recommend this place if you have problems with small places, breathing problems

Don't be put off by the entrance, it hides well thought rooms, modern, clean and tidy. Very good shower room. Clear instructions on how to get in and what app to download. And very decent coffee in the room,

The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I had a lovely overnight stay. Check out time was good 12pm. I would definitely stay there again
The only issue is there isn't any onsight parking or any parking near the hotel.

Comfy hotel once you get inside
Good location although you can only see the front door of the hotel when you arrive so it is a bit dingy looking. However, it is light and airy, well decorated inside and the room is very comfortable. Tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate plus bottled water so very good. We would stay here again
Front door could do with a coat of paint but otherwise it is clean and tidy. The stairs to get to the rooms are quite steep so just be aware if you have luggage to carry.
