Stayed here 4 years ago and it was fine but sadly its really gone downhill. Had to change rooms due to the poor state of the first one and the second one wasn't much better. Dubious stains, damp and very grubby. The whole place needs a thorough deep clean and some staff training would not go amiss. Some staff were indifferent and others surly. Never felt the need to leave a negative review before but this place is dire. I have pics of blood (?) stains and the general poor condition but unable to upload from here. The sofas in the lounge are fit for the dump, absolutely filthy. Unbelievable in this day and age.

Lovely time super friendly and helpful staff everything was no trouble at all. Check in and out was easy. Friendly accommodating staff lovely room and great breakfast. Nice late checkout gives you a bit extra time if needed so less stress and the breakfast was on for a good amount of time as well so no rushing down to eat. Right in the centre of town and easy parking onside with plenty of room.
