We didn’t have breakfast
It was awful experience, there was no parking at the location. No WiFi, no tv network, they have no kitchen. I would not recommend this hotel to the family.I did book for two nights for me and my son but we were end up leaving one night early because of the lack of facilities. One of the guy who was maybe the owner agreed to return our money for one night. Which was generous of him.

Comfortable and cosy
The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and warm. Large comfortable bed. Jason cooks a lovely breakfast with good quality ingredients and everything cooked to order. Good coffee too. Very friendly owners and can't do enough for you. Worth more than 2 stars in my opinion.
The television and internet reception was practically non existent although Jason explained why this was the case and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be a solvable problem. Ah well, we can all do with being 'unplugged' for a while but you'll have to rely on your own data if you need it.

Fabulous value for money comfortable stay!
The premises are absolutely spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and again so clean. The breakfast was spot on. The host is friendly and welcoming, and was kind enough to forgive us when we mislaid our keys. Superb location in the centre of the town. We will definitely be returning. Hopefully, sometime soon.
Only a tiny critique - I would have liked a little shelf in the bathroom to put my toiletries and makeup on.

Lovely Stay & Welcoming Staff
The staff where absolutely lovely! Room was lovely and warm option to turn heating down, fan and tea facilities in room. The room its self was clean/tidy, bathroom also clean with towels supplied. Good WiFi connection on the second floor. Good warm feel to the environment. We will definitely be staying again when visiting family. We didn't have breakfast but was offered a variety from staff who was a lovely host. Would recommend.

Excellent Stay
This is such a lovely hotel in the centre of Carmarthen. The staff were so friendly. Checkin was done quickly & efficiently. The rooms were very clean, spacious & equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Piping hot & plenty of choice. This is a little gem of a hotel. I can highly recommend and we will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great stay.
