One of the best stays in Carmarthen. Close to shopping and very nice restaurants, plenty of parking around. Scrumptious meals and breakfast, omg, out of this world. Safe area. Hotel and room very clean, refurbished. Wifi fast. Staff helpful and professional. Five stars service!

The hotel is well positioned for the town centre. It is clean and our room was comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and the choice of and quality of food was excellent. This is a place we look forward to visiting again.

Ideal location for town centre. Parking very limited but plenty of parking near by. Rooms were clean and tidy with everything you needed. Had to pre order breakfast including drinks when we got there which wasn’t a problem but found it odd that we even had to preorder the drinks! Our room was on top of the lounge are so could clearly hear the music, which again wasn’t a huge issue for us but might have been for some. Overall though, a lovely little B&B perfect for what we wanted. Would stay again.

Hotel was very dated. Bed wasn’t comfortable, breakfast was very poor, after day 2 we ate out as so bad. The whole place felt like it was from the 80's. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but it couldn't disguise the dated hotel. It cost £135 a night which really wasn’t worth the price, sorry.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Only downside was the free parking only fitted 5 cars but there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is free from 6pm till 8 am.

The people were so friendly a nice, almost like being at home. Service was impeccable and prompt. Room was clean and shower worked great! Could not ask for anything better!

Cosy little room. Very clean. Would have liked a bit more space for the price but had a lovely stay. Unfortunately there were houses and night club very close by, and was kept awake by a party til 12:30am and then was woken by a gang fighting outside at 4:30am. Not the owners of the hotel fault but lack of sleep wasn’t great.

Only gripe was there was no pegs to hang robes up, also in shower there was no shelf to put shower gel/soaps etc. I must mention one member of staff "May" who was superb and went the extra mile to assist and made our stay at the Falcon really enjoyable.

The property is in the middle of Carmarthen so very convenient for staying in town. However the property has been poorly rennovated and it is very expensive for the quality of the interior. I would not stay again.

The Manager Mae was soooo kind and helpful along with her young staff member, very Professional for being so young. The room was clean and a bargain for what you pay. We had dinner and I recommend the food there as the Chef did a great job . Try the chicken dish. The owners did a great job hiring all these members

We stayed as we attended a function at the hotel. The hotel was well maintained, the room was clean which offered a hair dryer, tea coffee refreshments and products for washing. The food was excellent and the staff we all outstanding. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

We were in a room at the side, and it was very noisy with ppl that had been out drinking and going past shouting, swearing until 5 in the morning. Also had to ask for towels they had only put one bath sheet and one hand towel, for two people. Had a lovely Sunday lunch previously was not so impressed with the evening meal

I was a bit surprised at the check-in when I was asked for payment. as normally payments are made at the time of check-out. Otherwise, everything was good as expected from a 3* Hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful all the time.

Although a car park was advertised - this turned out to be street parking - in a dimly lit street - frequented by groups of youths, loitering about. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my car exposed as I had a number of bags that I then had to bring into the premises for safety. I also had to pay a tariff to allow me to stay at the hotel after 8am - the time breakfast began. The room was very basic and the constant creaking of floorboards above and beside me was annoying,

Nice small hotel in town with a lot of close facilities and lovely restaurants nearby. Single room was rather small but clean and comfortable. Would not recommend for business purposes due to the late start of service.

Overall it was a decent enough stay. There were a few minor issues but they didn't effect much of my stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very clean room and bathroom. Food was decent too. If I'm ever down that way again I'd probably choose to stay here again.
