Very poor shower pressure, noisy room with loud people above, breakfast buffet very average, hotel tired in many respects

Good location but needs some extra care to ensure rooms and service are kept up to high standard.
Good location
There wasn’t sufficient staff available to serve customers on the Saturday afternoon. The bulbs needed replacing in the bedroom side lights as these weren’t working. There needs to be a non slip mat available for the bath as my husband fell while in the shower, which could have been dangerous.

Food was good and the prices were good. Great location for getting out and about.
One 1 towel, only 1 cup, tv, and kettle did not work. Bed was right on the wall, meaning only one person could comfortably get put of bed. The room was also immediately under the restaurant, therefore noisy. Room 61 not great for a couple. Previous stays in other rooms have been fantastic.

Great stay at the Ivy Bush
Staff were outstanding. Loved the atmosphere in the pub.. Lucy was an absolute star. The receptionist on arrival was brilliant. Didn't get her name, but she went out of her way to assist the guests.

Bit of a maze to get to the room. The Ivy Bush has a really excellent reputation so a little bit disappointed to have just a run of the mill room .
