It was self catering. The property was well located to visit the Ironbridge Gorge

The location information from the owner was good. However on the booking form it was indicated that the property was in Iron bridge which is what was wanted. However when submitting the post code into the navigation system it was not recognised. The reason for this is that the property was actually in Broseley which is one of the villages that make up the Ironbridge Gorge. For future clients it would be helpful for the booking confirmation to state the property as being in the Ironbridge Gorge and not just Ironbridge as stated on ours. The postcode should then be put in as Ironbridge Gorge and not just Ironbridge which would have given us the guidance required.

Liked how much info was given before our arrival and how much info there was about surrounding areas. I enjoyed that we weren’t bothered by the hosts. I knew we could contact if we needed them but I liked that they left us to it.

Can’t think of anything

It provided the accommodation we wanted, at a reasonable price, in a location where we wanted to be. It was comfortable and quiet. Parking was outside the entrance door. The property was nicely presented and contained everything needed for self catering and it was well placed for access to local shops, restaurants and bars

The low light levels downstairs.

Easy parking at the front. Cosy and comfortable accommodation.

Tv wasn't working well, but owner came and tried to help. Would have liked a curtain over the glass front door.
