We could contact the owner
Owner was unable to give clear instructions, not knowing street names and not understanding that we were tired and been driving around for 10 minutes trying to find the place. Instructions how to get to key box unclear

It was clean and cosy, nice decor. Good facilities, close to shops and secure entrances. Car park close by.
Top floor flat so the stairs were hard going, so carrying stuff upstairs was difficult, but it had a good view so worth it.

It was very central to everything
The noise from the flat above was terrible. It started at 6.00am and didn’t stop till about 9.00pm
