Disappointed

“Rest of all, everything was good, but I was very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. I mean, where I was staying—in the property —everything else was fine, but the way the staff behaved was very insulting. I received calls from them two or three times, and it felt like they were threatening or being rude to the customer, as if they were outright insulting. I was very disappointed. I’ve been traveling for the last 15 years and I’ve never seen such behavior from a property’s management. You should work on that. Otherwise, all the other facilities, cleaning, and environment were fine, but the staff dealing over the phone was very unprofessional and rude. That’s why I’m very disappointed.”

lovely place to stay while the children had a comp at the Telford International Centre

it was clean and the beds were comfy

the freezer opens every time you open the fridge which is annoying and caused the freezer to not seal properly

the property was excellent and like a home from home. The property had everything we needed, including washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer. would definitely stay here again

the only thing I didn’t like about the property was that there was a stain on one of the duvets and that the smaller bedroom the window didn’t open fully as lovely as the weather was we stayed during a heatwave so our poor daughter was sweating buckets. it was great that we had a parking space however Papa Johns staff often parked over our space or blocked us in, this was annoying as we did have to tell them a few times to move their car, having said that, this didn’t impact our stay and we would stay at the property again.

it was modern and a short distance for us to travel for our daughter’s graduation

it needs some tlc - walls needed a fresh coat of paint, the oven and crockery in the kitchen need a professional clean, shower curtain needs washing or replacing as stained

The owner was super helpful, there were 6 of us and the apartment was ideal for groups, also it was like being in its own little town supermarket, corner shop and takeaways 30 sec walk from the apartment, also parking in front for 2 cars :) xx would defiantly recommend this place.

There was no hoover, and I vacuum packed some of my clothes to fit in my suitcase so it was a tight squeeze home lol, but to be fair if I had messaged and asked Ben to provide one I fill he would of got one to me ASAP :)

lovely property, clean and warm, parking spaces for 2 cars & quiet at night

We we’re a group of 6 therefore using the sofa bed for 2 people - but there wasn’t a duvet to use - only thin sheets provided (lucky we take our own blankets everywhere)

The house was lovely and modern,the bedrooms fairly big and styled very nicely bed was very comfortable, I stayed with my partner so didn't really need 3 bedrooms but the price was better than most 1/2 bed properties. I would stay again as it is a lovely home & has everything you need on your doorstep.

The living/kitchen area was on the small side. Its a 3 bedroom house so if a family were to stay it would be a little cramped in the living area,I'd say it was more like a kitchen/dining space..but okay for just the 2 of us.

very clean. great location to where we wanted to be. plenty local amenities. and close to toen centre.

few nuts on the chairs where missing that need fixed. a coat hook along the back wall would be a great addition to the property. or even a standing one if didnt want to spoil wall.

Location was great. It was very clean and modern and was a bonus having TV’s in bedrooms.

The only thing I would say is that the property was very cold and it took a long time to warm up. Perhaps having the heating on before guests arrive would help.
