It’s a little sad… needs updating in places. It’s in a fantastic location.

Location is terrific and staff are lovely.
It’s a bit rundown. Our large balcony had old furniture and broken planters - but a beautiful view to the sea.

Beautiful location next to Knoll beach, Studland Park
We stayed in the 2 and 3 bedroomed apartment- 7 friends on a charity walk. The quality of the accommodation was poor and we had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned.
