Spotlessly clean, great location and the most fabulous breakfast
Little parking, although the permit for the long stay car park was a nice surprise, I think you should advertise that you do this, as we thought we would have trouble parking or have to pay.

Staff especially Alison were excellent. Standard off food and options ( i am vegetarian) were top notch

The room was comfortable and clean with a couple of accent chairs in a bay window, TV , Tea Coffee and biscuits all supplied. The bathroom had a shower, bath and was of a good size. The breakfast was fantastic all freshly cooked by Kate the owner who was attentive. and all the staff were friendly and happy.
We had a front room by the road which was a little noisy. However overall it did not spoil our sleep to much as the bed was very comfortable which made up for it.
