Good, clean well laid out room, quiet location and not too far from the town, beach etc. Also friendly hosts.
The only thing that could be Improved would be darker/blackout curtains as the sunlight is in the room early.

Location is perfect.Did not have breakfast as met my family who were staying in friends flat round corner.Room was small but adequate for one person.

As we booked with booking.com we had to pay separately for breakfast. The fried breakfast was worth the extra £10 per day,
Paying extra for breakfast because we booked B&B through booking.com, NOT being able to use web site, paid extra for large double room and got a small room and 3/4 size bed because we did not book direct
