Cozy, good location and nice people!
Really nice gentleman helped us during our stay. It’s located on only 10 minutes walking distance from the center and even closer to the station. The breakfast was really nice and relatively good priced.

Nice comfortable room located close to Swanage town and beach. Parking available at rear.
Initially cold as the weather was icy but the portable heater sorted that.

We enjoyed our stay very much, we were really impressed with breakfast, very good value.
The breakfast was excellent, couldn't have been better. The bed was extremely comfortable which is really important to me and usually hard to find. The rooms were clean and stocked with everything needed. Plenty of storage too. Would definitely return.

Treat like 2nd class never use booking.com again
As we booked with booking.com we had to pay separately for breakfast. The fried breakfast was worth the extra £10 per day,
Paying extra for breakfast because we booked B&B through booking.com, NOT being able to use web site, paid extra for large double room and got a small room and 3/4 size bed because we did not book direct
