Amazing, book it now!
A fantastic property and great owners. We had a few nights stay and the hosts couldn’t do any more for us. The breakfasts were lovely and the hotel was perfect. It was so well looked after and so clean. We couldn’t recommended it more. And we will be back!

The room was lovely and cosy and the breakfast was gorgeous and the owners accommodated for my lactose intolerance where possible giving me soya alternative with my tea which a greatly appreciated :)

Spotless B&B, Excellent breakfast.
Very clean room. Bed really comfortable. Nice quality bed linen. Very tasty breakfast. Perfect poached eggs!! We liked the idea of ordering breakfast the night before. The host were warm and friendly. A bonus to have free parking too.

Very comfortable 3 night stay in Swanage.
Attractive property in excellent location for Swanage Town Centre and beach. Walls absolutely solid which provided a quiet room. Special mention of the hosts who did a great job. Breakfast was excellent. They also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. Absolutely nothing to complain about which is rare these days.
