Very friendly owners, attentive, helpful and ensuring customers had the best stay. Exceptionally clean property. Free parking available. Great cooked breakfast. Room was fairly small but perfectly adequate and contained everything needed - hot drinks tray, hairdryer, hanging rail, sockets, towels, and was serviced daily. Very short walk to town centre. No surprises with our accommodation as all had been very well described on booking.
Two flights of stairs to get to our room - a bit tough on dodgy knees. We had a lovely bathroom (no lock on the door though) for our personal use, but I was very conscious of making noise overnight as we had to pass three other rooms to get to it.

Lovely clean room, friendly and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast. Very central with off road parking.
The room was a bit hot even with all windows open and using the provided fan. (*Note I visited on one of the hottest weeks of the year so far, so think the room would be perfect in normal circumstances )
