We had breakfast each day which was well cooked and well presented. The room was a small double, which we were told about on booking. We found it fine for us. Comfortable bed with nice linen, and towels. Location is 200 yards from bus station and the Swanage steam train. Shops 300 yards away from Robertsbrook, all you need.

Claire and Chris are excellent they could not do anymore to make our stay welcoming. Everything about Roberts Brook Guesthouse is excellent. I would highly recommend it. The breakfast is excellent. And Coco, the dog makes you feel welcome. If you dont drive, you are 2 mins away from the bus station

Bathroom on a different floor. Booking a private bathroom, i assumed it would be ensuite and was very disappointed when it was not only outside the bedroom but on a diiferent floort separated by steep stairs.
