Perfect location, very handy for the local shops and seafront.
All good, the pillows were a bit harder than we like, but that is only a minor quibble.

Perfect in all aspects and hope to return soon.
The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming and the room and facilities were perfect and so comfortable. Would definitely go back and use them again. The location was spot on perfectly placed for wandering around Swanage.

Wonderful host, perfect location.
Hostess was lovely. Welcomed us with a drink and some information about the area, and brought us heated plates and condiments when we brought fish and chips back from the takeaway! Room was lovely and comfortable with everything we needed, and we enjoyed relaxing and playing the board games in the reception room too. Order breakfast on arrival and the hostess sorts you out with lots of wonderful options delivered straight to your door. Wonderful service thank you!

I was made to feel very welcomed and breakfast was lovely.
The owners were very welcoming and the place was clean and very comfortable.
It was my error I didn’t read that the private bathroom was on a lower floor.
