We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was brought up to our room and was lovely.

Beautifully appointment room, well located within reach of local amenities, although its located on a steep street so may not be suitable for all. Fantastic idea to be served your breakfast in your room - wonderful selection on the menu.

Welcoming and Comfortable Stay!
Peaceful and quiet location but very close to the beach and restaurants; Lovely host and good breakfast. Super clean and tidy. We really enjoyed Swanage, Durlstan Park, Spyway Cliffs and the surrounding area.
