Wouldn’t come back. Overpriced for what you’re getting.
Close to the beach
Funny smell in the building. Sockets broken. Dirty/stained bedding, dirty radiator. Heating would not turn down.

Clean, comfortable great location for town.
Clean rooms, very nicely decorated and presented. Felt quiet and peaceful considering it is a property with multiple rooms so that was a bonus. Check in process straight forwards. Parking a perk. Very comfortable bed! Warm room considering winter months. Nice touch being able to have fresh milk in the morning for coffee and good stock of clean towels and toiletries ( hand soap hand cream and shower gel ).
I felt that there could be a little more light when walking at night from the car park to the front of the house. The alley was a little dark for me as a lone female. The conservatory was lovely but it was too cold to actually use unfortunately. The shower in the room was incredibly small so a little difficult to shower / wash hair comfortably. The Tv was ok but the sound was not very good and I felt I couldn’t have it louder because of disturbing other guests. The green light above the sink made the room glow a bit too much and I couldn’t find a way to switch it off. It affected my sleep a bit.
