Lovely guest house offering great value for money that is right in the heart of Swanage.
Exceptional breakfast with lots of choice that was freshly cooked. Very friendly hosts that made you feel very welcome as soon as you arrived.
The shower could have been bigger and had a tendency to keep dripping when it was turned off.

Being a solo traveller of a certain age, I found my stay very very nice.

If I have one very slight criticism, and this may just be me. My duvet was a little too heavy for this time of year. I was pretty hot at night. That’s it.

Great location, accommodation and hosts
Great location, exceptionally clean great room, comfy bed, bonus fridge in room, plenty of drink packets provided along with pint of milk. Great shower with shower/hair gel and conditioner. Wonderful hosts very informative about local area and beyond. Very enjoyable breakfast, choice of juices and hot drinks, yogurts, cereals, English, freshly cooked breakfast, choice of how eggs cooked, toast, jam, marmalade. Bar available and guest lounge, could not ask for better

The room was very elegant, clean, with all one can want during the stay. Breakfast was excellent! Tina and Amanda hosting was exceptional, with lots attention to details.

Swanage Haven doesn’t just meet expectations — it quietly and effortlessly exceeds them.
Swanage Haven ticked every “must-have” box — and it was all the little extras that made it the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival, a proper make-up mirror, a hair dryer with the nozzle still intact, a guest lounge, plenty of power points, sensible places to put your things, a reasonably priced mini-bar, and excellent tips on local hotels, cafés and the ferry. It was easy to find, had on-site parking, and they even carried our bags upstairs. Beautiful décor, hot showers and wonderfully comfy beds completed the stay.
