Pleasant overnight stay
+ parking on the premises + comfortable beds + we were not given the room that we booked (a larger room with an external bathroom), but we didn't mind as we got a smaller room with an ensuite bathroom + coffee / tea / kettle in the room + excellent breakfast with sufficient service
- quite noisy, we could hear the neighbors using the bathroom - only one small heating device, whereas it was cold and wet and we also needed to dry some clothes because of the weather - we missed the decaf coffee in the room

Stay away
Lady receptionist would need to go to training college. Absolutely no manner whatsoever. When we were leaving and dropping off our key card she did not look up. We said we were dropping off key to our room and no response. We said goodbye and no response. Terrible service.

Very tired property, carpets in need of a very good clean, inside and outside the room. Not keen on the self check in, lacked the personal touch you usually associate with a good bed and breakfast. Self service breakfast with limited choice and no fresh coffee, mug of instant coffee which was ok.
