Great location, cafe downstairs is very handy for breakfast with 10% discount. Comfortable room and good heating.
The check in process was unclear when booking. The booking page said there was a secure indoor shed to store bikes, but when I asked about this on arrival I was told there was nowhere to store bikes and I should leave it outside. When I told the man that it mentioned storage on the booking page, he firstly told me that was wrong and then told me the shed wasn’t ready and would “open next week” which I did not believe. After I asked again for inside storage, he agreed to leave my bike in the cafe kitchen storage space but he was quite clearly unhappy about, telling me I was “silly” to worry about leaving my bike outside. Throughout the whole check in/bike storage discussion, the man came across quite rude and abrupt, and not particularly welcoming.

Clean and nice facilities and great location! Very reasonably priced
Walls are a little bit thin so can hear other people clearly (didn’t bother us because we aren’t light sleepers)

I drove so long for them to just screwed me. Just because I was looking for a key and open every key boxes. And just because of I don’t get any email or interaction how to get the key. The only thing when you reach here is just “CALL THEM” imagine you wanted to check in at midnight and still have to call them lol. Imagine you don’t have a signal to call or you’re from other countries. How would you solve this problem. I should get the interaction since the day I pay for it. not wasted my time and energy to call. This is make 0 sense! Do better!!
A stuff are so rude. Act like we stay there for free!
