Very central. Callum (new manager) very friendly and the team really helpful. Easy for a night stop over to see loch ness on the way to the North Coast. Kids liked the bunk beds

Easy check in with code provided prior to arrival. Good location. We enjoyed an evening walk down along the canal to the Loch, stunning views. Lovely double room (Nevis), spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with shower. Would 100% recommend and we would definitely stay again. Parking available close by. Petrol station and spar close by with a few places to eat. We could not decide where to eat and ended up with fish and chips from the local fish and chip takeaway (recommend). All in all a great stay, good value and would highly recommend.

As advertised. Clean and tidy. Meet our needs.
Large green exit light within the room meant we did not get a good night's sleep. A better option could be found for this.

Location was good and it was a decent pitstop between Isle of Skye and Edinburgh.
The late check in was rough but what made it worst was that our room wasn't clean at check in time. When we got there, the previous people's towels were there, bedding wasn't done, trash wasn't taken out. The gentleman who helps clean was around, so he did do his best to clean up, but after a 3hr drive and an hour waiting in the car, this was just not what we expected. We left to get dinner to give him some time to clean. When we came back it was better but not fully cleaned I'd say. The bed was also very uncomfortable, almost like the frame underbelly was broken or something.
