Location was great, few minutes walk to centre of Fort Augustus.
No sign of any staff/owners. Cleaner needs to pay attention to bathroom taps, shower gel and shampoo dispenser were both empty. Breakfast not offered at time of booking, but was offered day of (self) check in but by then we had made alternative plans

Clean room with an amazing shower. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and welcoming host that gave advice on things to see in the area. Excellent breakfast with GF options. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very easy access to the property from the centre of the town. Easy check in. Thank you.

Location, room decorated nicely
Disappointed on arrival to find just one chair, broken toilet lid, very poor tea/coffee tray, no bath sheets, just 3 small towels. The pullout trays had not been cleaned. One of us was unable to use jacuzzi due to balance issues and there being no rails or handles. We were really looking forward to a night away as we are in our 70’s and have had a tough time lately but were so disappointed with it that we decided not to stay overnight and just went home. It’s a shame as it could be really lovely if only more attention given to details
