The excellent location, comfortable and well-appointed rooms, spotless cleanliness, and the friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Breakfast felt a little too reliant on pre-packaged items. The tea, coffee and toiletries weren’t replenished during our five-night stay, which detracted from the boutique feel.

Great location, lovely room albeit quite small, very clean and comfortable. Roof Terrace and hot tub were a bonus.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, juice was not fresh and some of the produce not the best quality. Somewhere to buy a drink in the hotel to have on the terrace would be a bonus.

It was clean, quiet (surprising considering the location) modern and we loved the rooftop and jacuzzi!
Air con could have been colder, bed was a bit firm and needed the do not disturb sign for the door other than that it was perfect ☺️

A great, central location with the use of a hot tub.
Room servicing was very poor as toiletries which ran out weren't refilled when we asked for our room to be serviced, so we were left without any toilet roll and shower gel and hairs were left on the changed bed. The quality of breakfast wasn't great unfortunately, although a lot of food was on offer.
