Excellent city family run hotel

Excellent central historical city location. Family run and friendly. Good breakfasts with omelettes made to order. Outside terrace and plunge bath. Clean. Good value.

It was end of season, and so reception wasn’t manned at all times. It meant a short delay in booking in.

Absolutely Fabulous Hotel in a Great Location

Superb hotel! Huge comfortable bed, bathrobes and slippers provided, lovely clean bathroom and a jacuzzi on the terrace. Great location in the old town with lots of bars and restaurants just a few steps away and a short walk to the Fort and the Arena, all the main sites were easy walking distance. Fantastic breakfast, great choice of hot and cold food - Lisa made the best cheese omelettes. Everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome, The reception staff were very helpful and the owner, Peter, offered us champagne at breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly staff in the center of Pula

We had an amazing 3-day stay in the center of Pula. The villa is perfect for a couple, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owner even went the extra mile by driving us from the villa to our parking. The highlights of our stay were definitely the breakfasts on the terrace and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Highly recommended!

Good location.

The location of the property is excellent. Close to everything in the old town walls. The hot tub on the roof is a nice addition. The ice cream place next door is lovely. Bed and pillows comfy.

The car parking instructions are vague and there was no golf buggy available to pick us up from the car. The water in the fridge is charged at €3.50 for a small bottle. This should be included in the room rate. The bathroom floor gets very sloppy!

An okay stay but more of a B&B and not 4* hotel standard

A great, central location with the use of a hot tub.

Room servicing was very poor as toiletries which ran out weren't refilled when we asked for our room to be serviced, so we were left without any toilet roll and shower gel and hairs were left on the changed bed. The quality of breakfast wasn't great unfortunately, although a lot of food was on offer.

Great location, lovely hotel!

The hotel is situated in a very nice old house exactly in the old town of Pula. Impressive! The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is very nice and the bed wide and comfortable. There's a water kettle with tea and coffee in the room. The hotel has several floors with many stairs, but there is also an elevator available. We enjoyed the lovely style of this old house.

Some few remarks when you choose this hotel: 1. The breakfast is poor for a 4-star-hotel. There are eggs which were cold every morning when we went to the breakfast; and everything else is pretty low standard and very few to choose from. 2. The heating system is a little noisy and you need some skills to turn it off. :) 3. Maybe it depends on the room, but the two rooms what we had, didn't have a proper window with a view. So being in the room during a daytime, also needed artificial lights on. Otherwise, it's dark.

Chilled and comfortable stay.

Comfortable bed, great shower, lovely hot tub on roof terrace. Excellent location, just off one of the main pedestrian streets in the city centre. Really delicious breakfast at the Red Rooster just down the street.

Nothing I didn't like. Some more plants and a couple of parasols would be lovely up on the roof terrace.

Nice hotel with bad breakfast

great and polite staff, nicely decorated, good location.

Bed very small, parking far away and breakfast in nearby restaurant (where you eat if you book the hotel) is ridiculous and very bad. The cheapest ingredients! cheap orange juice, terrible cheese and ham, cheapest marmalade, not good eggs. Would expect this in 2* hotel. Don’t take breakfast go anywhere else.

The strong points outweighed the weak

Breakfast was very good and convenient, location for the old part of the town was ideal. Appointed to a very high standard.Owner and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Bathroom was in a confined space, floor could be dangerous when wet.

Great place! Nice location. Staff is super cute. Room was big and very cool that air conditioner can works without key card. Because was super warm in August, and when we come to room there was already cold - thanks for that ! And hotel has parking place. As I see on street, you should pay for parking. And it is not so easy to find place where someone will not scratch your car. So own parking place from hotel super important. Thanks man, who meet us at first day and helped us with bags and parking. I recommend this hotel if you will stay in Pula 😉

After so cool hotel, breakfast place looks little bit "modestly". Of course all problems of breakfast are not hotels problems. But maybe have sense to change restaurant for breakfast.

Very good

Excellent location right next to a busy central street. Very lively. Lots of shops and food places right around. Within walking distance of the sights and attractions in town. Even though there is a busy lively street just outside with street performers and everything the room was very quiet. An motorized rolling shutter kept the room dark and quiet for sleeping. The room was very spacious with plenty of furniture to lounge in the room. The (paid) parking is easy to get to and leave from. Parking is not easy in the crowded town so I would recommend paying for it if you come by car. Since it's easy to get to enter/leave/return you can easily take the car to drive to places outside town, beaches, other towns around Pula. There are many beaches within a short travel distance. Friendly staff.

There was little to no space to place any items in the bathroom like toiletries. The room door seemed to be difficult to stay locked. Once it opened spontaneously while we were in the room. Once we found the door open when returning to the room. The breakfast was not at the hotel but at a restaurant on a square close by. Walking there was no problem, and the square was nice enough to have breakfast. The breakfast itself though is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel, especially not compared to the other 4-star hotels we stayed just before. It was a small self-service buffet, only one kind of bread (white), very limited selection of everything, the fruit was mostly not prime, no fruit yoghurt. It was adequate to get the day going, but not something to look forward to.

One night in Pula

Tiny, modern and cozy hotel. Awesome and very central position in Pula. Staff is very kind and helpful. I liked the reserved parking place not far from the hotel. Very nice building and cool furnitures in the room.

Breakfast is nothing special but still okay. The room is very tiny but really equipped and it was still okay for our one night staying.

Pleasant

I have to say I love the place - very near, or even inside of city center. We have room for 3 people so the space room was big enough. And you have to remember that the parking place is about 200m behind the hotel.

I wouldn't say I like breakfast— cold instant coffee in the country where you can have delicious coffee in almost every restaurant.

Amazing

Loved to stay here, the room was clean and well equipped. The staff was so incredible and accommodating. The location was in the middle of the main street, yet you didn’t hear any noise from it. Would definitely stay here again.
