The location was the only positive thing.

I have no idea why people review that the breakfast was so amazing and the hotel was amazing. It was dirty, noisey and the breakfast was horrible. Staff if you complain they do not care. Lights horrible like if you are in a crackhouse. Dirty towels. Absolutely no sound proof rooms. Way to overpriced for what you get.

No thick curtains to darken the room. No carpets, cold floors.

A very warm welcome from reception no arrival. The person at reception gave me recommendations for dinner and offered a drink. The room was compact, but had everything for a goods night rest. Generally very clean, with good working air-con. The buffet breakfast was very good.

My only criticism was that there was a strong smelling air-freshener in the bathroom, this was a strong smell when first entering the bedroom.

The location is very close to the center. Big room. Updated facilities.

Instead of a a king-size bed, there are two single beds, which do not have the best mattresses.

Great hotel, great location

Very good hotel in a great location. Check in was easy, very nice shap recommended a restaurant and gave us a discount card! Room was perfect size, great balcony, all seemed very clean and new. Breakfast was good, maybe a bit slow ro replenish things but otherwise no problem. Parking was secure and easy.

Nice stay in beautiful city.

Close to city center. Close to main roads, easy to reach. The beach was about 8-10min by car. It was clean.

The smell in the apartment. Unpleasant smell, probably from suer. The bunk bed side rails weren’t screwed.

A nice short stay in Pula, Croatia.

Room was big enough for 2. there are sofa-bed in the room which is good to put your suitcase on it. The room have one big wardrobe. A small table and a chair. It is also have an air conditioning. The room I booked has a balcony, two chairs and a small table. The bathroom was nice, roomy and clean. The breakfast was okay.

For the sofa and the balcony, I have to upgrade my room so it cost me some € more. There is no save to put your valuables belongings. There is also no mini bar. It take you about 15 minutes walk to reach the city center.

The walls were Incredibly thin. I was kept up at night by the person in the adjoining room snoring. When someone had a shower in the room above or flushed the toilet it was so loud. It has been re-done but the walls are so thin be prepared to be woken up by a sneeze or cough

A small modern hotel a short walk from Pula centre. Comfortable clean room, good breakfast and car parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful advising us about things to do locally, including a lovely beach on the Adriatic which we visited twice during our stay.

Beware: you maybe surprised by extra charges

Check in time flexible. Looked clean.

First time I had a trouble on Booking.com: This hotel didn’t state clearly about extra charge, not on the website nor during check-in. While shocked by a high extra charge during check out, the staff did “help” to call the boss and made things more reasonable…It was a hassle and we could feel how frustrating the unclear or intentionally deceptive rules made the traveler and staff feel. Hope the company can improve their attitudes towards customers and save the difficult work.

Even tho I arrived after check in time there was no hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, haven't seen place clean as this one for a while. Decent breakfast was included.
