It’s ok hotel for a few days, but I would not choose it for the whole week.

The room is clean ✨. The maid comes in every day and does the best she can 😊. The food is really good 👌. There is not much to choose, but what ever you try is delicious 🤤. Drinks at dinner are included 🍷🧃🍺. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really do the best they can to make you feel welcome 🤗🫶

The hotel is dated and desperately needed for renovation. The bathroom is small ( the shower curtain!!! 🥴 ), air condition is on low, no fridge in the room 🥵. There are only a few sunn umbrellas ⛱️ at the poolside- so you must come early to get one. And even the ones that they have are sponsored ( with logo on them ) so you know the hotel did not buy any.

Ok but nothing special to say the least. A lot can be accomplished with minimum investment.

The breakfast was fine. Tasty but same every day with no variations. Pool seems ok but the inside bar doesn't serve or allow drinks at the pool, only if you buy in the poolside bar which doesn't serve coffee.

There was no minibar or fridge in the room which I found an inconvinience, especially when 3 stars usually provides this service. Room air conditioning seems dirty and not maintained. Furniture in the lounge is old and dirty. Restaurant is often missing cutlery and food is not restocked quickly enough. At times waiting period exceeds 10 mins. The staff seem uncoordinated in that sense, not enough control over food.

The location is excellent, the hotel has big potential but it needs urgent renovations.

Very bad state of room, in bathroom are obvious water damages and mold. No fidge or minibar in room. Breakfast was very poor for such a big hotel, much poorer than last Sommer. Conclusion is that the room price is unreasonably high for such a poor room offer and quality.

Bad condition of the bathroom did not ruin our experience - we had a great time.

Bathroom was in poor condition, you could see it wasn't renovated in years. Toilet seat was loose, towel hangers also. Bathroom doors had water damage, some of the biggest damage on the door was just taped over with a duct tape.

Short stay in Pula

Clean place. Around 20 minutes from the center. Stayed one night. A lot of parking in front of it. The view was on the park. Breakfast is fair enough.

The flush in the toilet doesnt work properly. A lot of kids and teenagers so a bit loud sometimes.

Superb

The hotel had mixed reviews, but I found the hotel great. Location near the beaches was good and everything was clean. Also perfect view from the 4th floor to the sea.

The check in at 14:00 was slow as there was a lot of new customers and just 2 people working at the desk.

Had a nice experience over all. Will stay there again. Quality of Breakfast needs to be improved.

Breakfast -- Normal, not too fancy for not too many options for a vegan person. Average Car parking -- Best so far in Croatio, wherever i have stayed. Room -- Decent size room, comfortable mattress and bed. Though i asked for a double bed, but two single beds were provided.
