Room 104- if they offer you this one, check the mattress first

Very few positive things. The staff were polite, especially the lady at breakfast. She make you feel welcome. The location is fine, a couple of minutes’ drive to the city center. It’s a quiet area. There’s a shopping mall 2 minutes away. Parking is inside, so your car is not on the street.

The most important thing for us is room cleanliness, and it was not as expected. Very dusty, with stains on the wooden furniture. The room was spacious, with a big bed, but the mattress was completely sunken on one side. It made a very squeaky sound every time I moved. Impossible to sleep on one side of the bed. Breakfast had very few options, but it was fresh. Shower leaking. Wi-Fi was not working at all. We were given a password that never worked, then advised to connect to open Wi-Fi, which didn’t work either. It would work for 10 seconds, then disconnect for 20 seconds and reconnect again. We asked for help but were told it was because of the weather. (rain) The room looks nothing like the photos and is very misleading. On top of all that, it’s quite pricey compared to similar places. Luckily we stayed for two nights only. Otherwise, we would have changed it if we needed to stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this friendly hotel.

It was walkable to the town (35 minutes) and to a beach cafe / bar (10 minutes). The staff were all very friendly. We had a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. There is a small bar and a restaurant which we had a nice meal in. We left a set of headphones in the room and the hotel very kindly posted these to us back in UK.

The walk uphill back from town at the end of an evening. Luckily there are many reasonably priced Ubers and taxis.

Modern, elegant hotel with an excellent restaurant

A very stylish and well-maintained hotel. Friendly service, delicious breakfast, free covered parking. The hotel’s restaurant was also excellent, and we had a lovely dinner there on two evenings. Also make sure to buy some olive oil and olives to take with you when you check out.

The hotel is not quite within walking distance of Pula city center, so we used Bolt, which worked out well.

Ahotel with vintage elegance, excellent service and a great location

Interesting design and build for those keen on architecture. Extremely helpful staff, excellent location for both walking into the old town and the beaches. Breakfast was varied, fresh and well presented. Would recommend .

Excellent base for exploring, particularly if a covered car park is useful.

Recently refurbished in Scandinavian style the hotel is very attractive. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The food was exceptional.

We booked the hotel because it is away from the centre. But without a car you would find it inconvenient.

This is a lovely hotel with a super resteraunt. The staff are unfailingly helpful.

Nice hotel with excellent food… our dinner was amazing!

The room upgrade was amazing and everything was very clean. We could walk to the amphitheater around 30 minutes away Dinner was delicious as we are fussy eaters!

Wifi did not work. Pump noise every five minutes or so from bathroom .

5* hotel, with excellent value for money

This hotel has 5* service, staff and facilities. The room is spacious and it has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and always at your service. Breakfast is truly exceptional. We highly recommend also the restaurant - what a service and presentation! The location is also very good - very close to nice beaches, a big mall and at a walking distance to the city center. Also, free and covered parking is a huge plus as well. We should also mention how impressive the cleanliness of the room is and we had one of the best smelling towels ever! We will come back!

There are just some small things that could be improved: the elevator does not descent to the parking, so you need to carry your luggage using some flights of stairs to the reception (it was ok for us, but not great for older people); in the shower there should be a special place for the shower gel and the shampoo, not to have to leave them on the floor; and the small soap strangely does not wash off with water, even after insisting.

Superb

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff was so helpful. The accommodation and breakfast were superb. Also a bonus is the convenient parking and easy access to beautiful walking paths. Pula is a delightful historical city to visit and we can't wait to return to Hotel Milan next year.

If they added a little details it would be a perfect place to stay in Pula, but now they seem not to care much

Location and bedsheets are great

Little value for money. Zero service, no attention to guests, super uncomfortable entrance (if you are traveling with luggage, you have to climb one flight of stairs), empty room (for 300 eur a night they didn’t even leave a bottle of water, you have to buy that for 4 EUR), no kettle, coffee, no iron board (if you came for some event, good luck finding an iron in the hotel - there is no such thing)

A nice Business Hotel near the City

a charming new hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast

Elevator doesn´t go to the reception from the garage. To carry the suitcases keeps you fit! Surrounding of the Hotel is not very nice, but you are near the city.

My family and I felt welcomed and would stay here again!

The room was just as pictured and well kept. Large room and great bathroom also. Staff was very friendly and they allowed us to store our bikes in their storage room since we forgot our locks. Ample and safe parking for our large SUV also. Very modern and a true 4-star hotel!

Breakfast was just okay, but I’m biased and miss American style breakfasts!

Very helpful staff. Modern hotel that is clean and stylish. Rooms spacious. Breakfast excellent. We ate in the restaurant which provided excellent food for a reasonable price and we would highly recommend. Hotel is close to sea and has the bonus of a car park.

Overall the hotel has more of a corporate hotel rather than individual charm although for one night before going to the airport we were fine with that. We had an issue we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work in our room but I am sure that is not usual.
