WIFI did not work at all, and I paid for this service! Will not come again!

Free parking is a great thing that the hotel offers. There is a nice large TV in my room and a kettle that actually works. I haven't tried the fridge yet, so I have no saying about that. The bed, pillow and the blanket is ok, but not good and not bad as well. I didn't try the breakfast as well. Heater works fine but noisy. Hotel is close to city center.

- I paid for breakfast but I had to do an early checkout & this hotel do not offer the service of lunch box. - TV channels are only in Croatian. - WIFI is not working at all, I complained about this multiple times and the hotel tried to fix this and it didn't work at all. It only worked for one hour and the rest of the time, it did not allow me to connect to network. I paid for this service. - Furniture has wear and tear marks. There are loose electrical plugs. There are some damages on the wall. - The perfume / deodizer that they use in the room smells terrible. It smells like a chemical factory. I paid a lot of money for this room and I got frankly very disappointed. I would not come again and I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or relatives.

Quiet rooms and good beds, very clean, close to downtown

Staff was great, breakfast was adequate but staff super accommodating, beds were great, quiet, I loved that there was a deep bathtub but my husband didn’t like a ham held shower, wonderful garage parking that they let us use the whole day, fridge in the room, all food!

Breakfast was ok- lots of guests smoking on patios/terraces- could not open wk does. Bit that is Croatia!

조식도 생각보다 괜찮고 무료 주차장 있음 발코니가 있고 직원이 친절해요 풀라 시내랑은 차로 5-10분 거리에요

엘레베이터가 없어요 전기코드가 많이 없고 방이 작은게 아쉬워요

As camas eram muito confortáveis, o hotel muito bem localizado e nos deixou entrar antes.

O negócio que segurava o chuveiro estava quebrado, então não dava para ficar só embaixo, tinhamos que segurar. E saiamos antes do café da manhã, informamos o hotel e questionamos se poderiamos ter um sanduíche só de queijo já que somos vegetarianas e não nos deram.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser familiär geführten Unterkunft in Pula sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt – man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft liegt in angenehmer Nähe zum Zentrum, sodass man die Altstadt, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen, sodass man auch gut entspannen kann. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von der liebevollen und gemütlichen Einrichtung. Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Herz gestaltet – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine persönliche und entspannte Atmosphäre schätzen und Pula authentisch erleben möchten!

Hotel ist ok und in der Nähe den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Man kann zu Fuß die Stadtzentrum relativ schnell erreichen und die Parkplatz war kostenlos. Die Mitarbeitern waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Bad hat manchmal geschtunken. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis konnte besser werden, weil die Ausstattung der Zimmer nicht das beste war (die Seifendispenser müssten wir öffnen, weil es nicht funktioniert hat, und obwohl das Frühstück in Ordnung war, haben wir ein paar Sachen uns gewunscht (einer Tag hatten wir keine Marmelade und die andere kein geschnittenes Obst).

Un hôtel sans chichi dans une zone calme pas loin du centre

L'hôtel est légèrement en périphérie, ce qui le rend calme et agréable. Il est idéalement situé près de la gare routière centrale, et le centre-ville est facilement accessible en 15 minutes à pied. Les chambres sont correctes et très propres. La rue, qu'on suppose paisible, était malheureusement en travaux lors de notre séjour. Le personnel était très avenant.

Cet établissement a été récemment repris par une nouvelle équipe qui semble encore chercher ses marques. L'hôtel a eu du mal à gérer l'afflux inattendu de voyageurs durant le week-end de notre séjour. En conséquence, le petit-déjeuner était très limité dès 8h30, ne proposant plus que du café, du thé, du pain et de la confiture – même pas de beurre ! Un geste commercial aurait été apprécié pour compenser ce désagrément.

Ekstra ljubazni

Kompletno osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i na sve načine ti žele boravak učiniti boljim . Lokacija hotela je jako blizu samog same Arene ,idealno da malo prošetaš.

Ima tu sitnica koje u budućnosti treba promijeniti… Na prvom mjestu bi stavio neudobne i tvrde jastuke. Često putujemo pa upravo iz tog razloga navodim , da ovi nisu nikako dobri .
